Most of them are really fantastic in that way. MR kids can be tough at times though. Emotion regulation, and they really can be incredibly strong.

It's funny, when I was younger I hated Norm I think it was his odd delivery and cadence. Then as I got older he got funnier, I think his style is somewhat of an acquired taste.

I think you need to for his kind of comedy. younger people I think tend to get offended easily by things like that. most people soften on that as they get older I think. or at least I'd like to think. every older generation thinks "the kids" are oversensitive and lazy.
