Making Trump Speaker of the House by 2022 seems really far-fetched. Because not only must Trump win a seat, but a bunch more Republicans must also unseat Democrats in the House, so GOP takes the majority. I agree, it all sounds especially bonkers if they're running a full-MAGA slate of candidates. They also want him to say he is starting an new Political Party. The Patriot Party. Then 40% of the Republican White Supremacists will join immediately. That leaves 60% of Republicans to decide. I say 50% join the Patriot Party and 50% remain with the GOP. so the GOP will only get 30% of the vote in an election, The Patriot Party will get 70% and Democrats will win every election for the next decade.

Wishful thinking. There's no tactical advantage for Trump to start his own party. He already owns the gop lock, stock, and barrel.
