May 26, 20214 yr Just now, PoconoDon said: Nope. You probably said the same thing in 2016. He’s the most popular Republican by far. He’s crushing every poll for the gop nomination. The idea that anyone could defeat Trump for the gop nomination is laughable.

The idea that anyone could defeat Trump for the gop nomination is laughable. We'll see. Primary polls won't concern him. His ego couldn't take another general election loss. He won't put himself out there if there's even a remote chance of enduring that again. I don't think he runs.

May 26, 20214 yr Just now, we_gotta_believe said: You only voted for him in 2020, but not in 2016? No vote both times for President. I voted down ballot only. I disliked everyone both times.

May 26, 20214 yr 20 minutes ago, PoconoDon said: That he won't run? because his ego can't take the L in the general election. No, that the "number of votes will be less" if he did run. What are you basing that statement on?
May 26, 20214 yr It is important to keep in mind that had Trump NOT smeared the election process and encouraged his people to vote by mail, he would have easily won. That said, he has not become more intelligent. People are not going to want to bring up why he lost. That doesn't fly with him. Unless it is to cry about how he was cheated.

Through his own mistakes he doesn't even have a unified party behind him. I don't see any way his # of votes don't go down. As I said before, I don't see him running so to me, it's moot.
May 26, 20214 yr If he’s still alive, he’ll run. The Republicans just got rid of Liz Cheney because she doesn’t support Trump. They are still all in. Voter suppression is the key. If the GOP can stop enough blacks from voting, they’ll win back the White House.
May 26, 20214 yr Trump won't run, he just wants the attention. Even if he runs, he won't win the nomination. If he wins the nomination, he won't win the Presidency... I've heard them all before.... I won't believe he won't win GOP nomination until he doesn't. I think he's running unless he's in prison or he's dead. 19 minutes ago, Dave Moss said: Voter suppression is the key. Unfortunately, they only need to enact voter suppression laws in a few states to flip the electoral vote score.

He doesn't need a totally unified party, as we saw in 2016, he just needs a plurality of the party. The 2020 election was closer than it should have been because far too many people fall under the spell off a used car salesman.
May 26, 20214 yr Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green (R-Ga.) shared, praised and then deleted a tweet describing House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) as a "moron" and "feckless c**t" on Tuesday. Hours before Greene shared the tweet, McCarthy had blasted her for making an "appalling" analogy between her struggle to comply with the mask mandate imposed by House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and the plight of the Jews who lived in NSDAP Germany. Greene praised Twitter user @ASimplePatriot for "seeing the truth" by denouncing McCarthy's criticism and complimenting her support for Israel. She deleted her retweet minutes later. "Look you moron, nobody supported Israel in their recent conflict with Hamas more than MTG," the original tweet replying to McCarthy read. "Her analogy may not have been perfect but you seriously need to get a grip you feckless c**t. Pelosi is the villain here." 🤡🌍

Pence will completely disappear from the conversation. DeSantis will keep on nailing it in Florida and will be able to build an actual resume of accomplishments in government.

May 26, 20214 yr I’m not sure if MTG is bad at analogies or doesn’t know much about the Holocaust. Which do you guys think it is?

May 26, 20214 yr Quote "The instrumentalization of the tragedy of Jews who suffered, were humiliated, marked with a yellow star, isolated in ghettos & murdered during the Holocaust, in a debate on different systems that aim at protecting public health is a sad symptom of moral and intellectual decline," the Auschwitz museum tweeted. MTG, you are a worthless turdflake.
