Earlier in her career she seemed to have some and had a good story to tell regarding where we was from, etc. All that is completely thrown out now though. There is no way this bill is legal... A non-dependent child has no legal connection to the parents. But if the child decides to go work for the government, then sure, they should disclose just like any other government official.
