Actually reading the words might help you avoid looking so dumb in cases like this. The city council didn't "shrug her off" with the implication that they're allowing the noise disturbance. Also, the title of the thread is illegal immigration, and there's not a single thing in the tweets or anywhere else that implies any of the people involved are here illegally.
