They were verified. And Trump was never a target of the investigation despite claims.

But people still bought into the victim complex.

Trump 100% did take classified information and store it in insecure locations (including the infamous bathroom) in Mar a Lago for 18 months despite repeated requests to return it. A criminal act he was probably guilty of that was far worse than anything Hillary was ever accused of, accusations that had no evidence.

But it's cool. I'm sure Ilhan is super guilty.

Just not as guilty as the average Republican politician.

Sounds about as bad as Hillary deleting some emails…

Not for rigging the election with Russia

Right, it was never proven that Trump directly coordinated with Russian representatives to impact the election. It was proven that crimes were committed by several members of Trump’s team, including in crimes regarding their dealings with Russian interests.

So again, not a baseless witch hunt.

In contrast, charging a person with vandalizing the reflecting pool was a baseless witch hunt. The charges were dismissed.

Charging Comey with a crime was a baseless witch hunt. The charges were dismissed.

Trying to indict Letitia James was a baseless witch hunt. They couldn’t even get an indictment.

So yes, there is a very big difference between the "Russia Russia Russia” investigation, in which several people were found guilty of crimes, (just not the big one people thought may have occurred) and the many baseless witch hunts this current DOJ is implementing in which they can’t even make it to trial because the charges are so ridiculously baseless.

And like I said, maybe there actually is something there. We will see. But this administration has long lost being given a benefit of the doubt when it comes to criminal investigations after their laughably bad track record.

"Go fishing" is not raiding a home dude. Come on.

We went from deporting the criminals and rapists, to protecting the criminals and deporting the victims.
