I’m not going to pretend I know much about the prospects we got in rounds 4-7, but I like the positions we addressed. Still, round 2 was such a letdown, I can’t help but feel disappointed in the draft.

Dane Jackson, Lamar Jackson, AJ Green, Javon Leake, Patrick Taylor and Michael Warren are guys I would be interested in off the top of my head.

Shout out to @VaBeach_Eagle for making this possible and making it through the first of many drafts on the new emb. I accidentally posted a couple times on the old board but all good. Go Eagles! Looking forward to the UDFA thread.

Change that pick to Fulton or Epenesa and it's the best draft they have had in several years on paper. It's a shame what could have been, and shocking that the same group of guys who made that 2nd round pick made the rest of these picks and utilized the board the way they did on day three.

I’ve said my peace on Hurts. We got 3 speed demon weapons for Carson, OL depth, one of my favorite S’s, an athletic freak at LB (with two other for 2nd strong competition/ST) and a rotational edge rusher. On top of that we got a 21 year old athlete at QB who gives us some gadget possibilities...who may have to play sooner than we think.

Not a fan of either fulton or espenesa other guys i liked more at that point but i would have taken them over hurts.

I feel like we take a 7th on a DE every single year

Meh personally id never trade with dallas id just block that number so in that sense i agree, now if that center turns all pro than it was dumb.

with FA's and the draft , the team has gotten better and still have UDFA's and vets that get let go after draft.

Didn’t help the defense at all really this draft.  Would much rather a stud LB in the 2nd. 

After getting over the shock of the incomprehensible Hurts pick I've got to admit it was a pretty good draft.

Taylor and Wallace are nice additions to this team. They also added Slay, Hargrave and Robey-Coleman on D. 

The Cowboys and Eagles are going to play some shoot-outs.  Won't be much defense in those games.

That's where I'm at as well. Sad it took me this long to get past it, but here we are.

Theres were any draft comes into play "Ifs"

If one or two of these WRs make impacts on this team it was a success.

If they dont you didnt help Wentz at all and lose years of Wentz.

So in the end this draft will be solely on if one or two of Reagor and the 20 late rounder WRs pan out or not. Time will tell. 

Ill add that if in a year or two none of these WRs worked out and Lamb is a superstar it will go down as one of the biggest fails in Eagles draft history. This draft is for sure a Major Gamble for Howie. He put his head out there on the chopping block for this draft for change.
