With our current crop on O and D aging off over the next 3 seasons I just don’t see anything that screams window or about to open again window.  We’ve been seeing how competitive the NFC is getting the last few years and that skyrocketed this year with a historic draft. I don’t see how we recover when next year may be the biggest crapshoot of a draft we’ve seen.

LMAO at Hightower on the PS. He would have to absolutely bomb for that to happen. He was considered a late 3rd/early 4th by some people. This is their best value pick.

We have a decent 4x100 team once the olympics start back up.  Jackson, Reagor, Goodwin, Hightower

It seems obvious to me that what happened here is that Howie and Doug Peterson watched Andy Reid and Kansas City overwhelm opponents throughout the playoffs with their speed, and decided that speed will be the calling card of the successful NFL teams of the next decade.

We will. He’ll replace an oft injured dude late in the season, show Howie just enough as a mix of Carson/Jalen limp into the playoffs, and we’ll repeat the process. Missing on Hopkins, Lamb, and all of the middle tier WRs when there were too many options just tells me we’ll never see a TO like wideout ever again under this regime. Help us, Reagor! You’re our only hope! Blast through that WR #2 projection!
