I figured it out.  

Howie sat and watched Dallas take Lamb. 

Then took Reagholar

Then Jeff called and told him enjoy his last draft.  

Then Howie decided to go rogue and take Hurts.  

Howie threw a grenade in that locker room with this and Wentz knows it.  

Punter in the 3rd round let’s do it!

Watkins was drafted at the top of where he was projected to go. He was just terrible. This is unthinkable.

Last I checked Hurts isn't some beloved figure in Philly that threw 7 TD in a single game and won the franchise's only SB and SB MVP.
