That link is compromised and it will attempt to install malware on your device. Not sure if it's the site itself or embedded content but it's best to steer clear if you're anyone other than Kz, who's device is obviously already infected.

Yeah, just off the top of my head

1) Trump calling it the China Virus

2) GOP and conservative media saying the virus was man-made

3) GOP opposition to lockdowns

4) GOP opposition to mask mandates

5) GOP opposition to vaccine mandates

Etc.

Exactly!  That was all part of it.

I rarely ever click on any tweets that KZ posts. I certainly wasn't on that one.  Good God how dumb

Did we wipe all Cowboys' fans out of existence?

An employee just asked if I was vaccinated and I said yes. She said " then there is no point in ever talking to you".   Ummm ok 🤷

I'm management but, I don't want to take away their freedoms of not talking too their boss lmao.

"If my vaccination status is going to cause a problem with you interacting with me in a work environment maybe this is not the job for you?" Something like that anyway. I always squashed work BS immediately.

I'm so fortunate to be able to work from home and on the road at times, around few people.  And never around fellow employees.

You are very fortunate, you know how much retail sucks ...... It's even more fun now.

I'll have to keep this line in mind... I'm not her direct supervisor so I just shrugged my shoulders and walked away lol.

If it's a condition of employment then yes, it should be known.  If it is not....then tell them to mind their own Fing business.  And especially if it was a subordinate.

But I know you all have to kiss the employees asses right now because no one wants to work.

We have an emergency conf call today at 3pm.  I am sure it's about our production and trans team is not able to keep up with the orders and us sales guys need to start calling our distributor customers about orders being pushed back.  Not good when talking about a perishable item.

These types of calls take up the bulk of our times these days.  Some customers still flip, but with Covid, and supply chain issues, most grudgingly accept it and move on.  I was talking with by business partner about it this morning, and realized that, while we used to spend the day on edge because of it, we're largely desensitized to it now.  But yeah, these are not perishable items.  The thing that confounds us is that, all of this has been going on for many months now, but some of our larger customers still agree to liquidated damages when they accept orders from their customers.  They're they ones who flip because every day late costs them tens of thousands of dollars, but it's their own fault for agreeing to it in this environment.

We are a small family own chain so kissing employees asses has always been a thing.

Even more so now and it drives me insane because I was never one to do business that way. Like it someone threatens to quit we used to be able to say " you know where the door is" now we have to ask them how we can make things better so they don't quit. FML.

We are not required to be vaccinated they will not mandate for reasons you just stated. We wouldn't have anyone.

You should have just told her that your medical decisions are personal and private. Not really criticizing you, times are just different these days.

No problem... Yeah they definitely are. I think about 90% of our store is vaccinated... No one died and no one is sick. So it's pretty stupid at this point to continue to push this narrative that the vaccine will kill you.

Yep.  We had to pull 6,000 cases off of tomorrows production.  Our customer service team is the one sharing the bad news.  Leadership wants to isolate us from any negative communication with the customer.  Most of our customers are understanding.

Yeah, customer service always breaks the bad news, but then I get the call from the customer to complain about it.  Just the nature of the beast.

In that case, suggest to her you both have a conversation with HR or a manager about it together.
