Hard to tell if vaccine is showing promise or they are just that desperate, to get in front of orders. At least they want to make it available for Americans without gouging us by insurance. Cut out the middle man. $1.95 billion for 100 million doses is $19.50 per dose.

See then asked a Panera employee to "get this lady out of here,” prompting the worker to say that she had just called security, video shows.

"No, they’re not going to serve you because you’re not wearing a mask, that’s exactly right,” See replies.

Undaunted, the woman continues to hold up her cellphone during the confrontation as several other customers were also inside the location, video shows.

"Just put on a mask, don’t be such a moron,” See said. "You selfish piece of sh-t. Get out of here, you’re so f—ing selfish!”

That led the maskless woman to turn around and ask See to "stop it” before she intentionally blew air into his direction, video shows.

See, who was with a friend at the time, then cursed out the woman — telling her to "grow the f–k up” — as she walked away before she stopped briefly to provide her apparent reasoning for not donning a mask.

"You think that mask is going to protect you?” the woman says. "You fart out your a**; you can smell it out of your a**. You think that mask is going to protect you?”

The woman then walks out of the store as See again told her to "grow up,” video shows.

Social media sleuths, meanwhile, were trying to identify the woman early Wednesday after some Twitter users asked others to retweet the footage Tuesday until her identity is revealed.

"Karen is ranting in Panera that masks won’t stop the virus because pants can’t stop farts,” one tweet read. "We have a scholar on our hands, folks.”

So how many folks do you think that are traveling are following the travel restrictions ?  Like isolating for 2 weeks if you travel from a high case state.  Who monitors that?  Is it really enforced?  I’m betting not. 
 

Regarding sports is there a special mask for the refs?   If they wear a mask how do they blow the whistle?  Or did they come up with something else?  We hear about the athletes but not so much the referees.  Betting a few of them don’t want to work?

I read somewhere that NFL refs would be wearing masks and gloves and possibly be using electronic whistles. I would be willing to bet a lot will opt out. This is mostly a second hobby job to most, and they are usually well off financially. I wouldn't think the travel and other risk factors are worth it to them especially with them being mostly over 50.

I would expect them to prioritize getting them out to at-risk groups first and foremost. Then I would expect celebs / politicians / wealthy to manage to get theirs as well. I won't be surprised if higher population areas also get prioritized (it would make some sense).  We still have to determine (assuming it works) how long it actually lasts before it is ineffective and it sounds like it could only be a few months. So while regular people are waiting for their turn and the drug companies rush to get more out, the demand will continue to be much higher than the supply which in turn will prevent many regular people from getting it--- possibly for a long time. 

So it's kind of premature to start preemptively pointing your finger at, doxing, or shaming the people that don't get it because it very well might be a lot of us. We'll see how things go, but just look how much trouble it has been to get easy things like toilet paper that companies were already set up to produce. We all hope things go as smooth and quickly as possible.

I didn’t quite get that announcement today either.  I am calm and I am fine despite my own personal turmoil.  Sitting here reading it and watching these so called "reporters”. Its maddening.  I am glad for the transparency though.  As it is and as it should be.  It doesn’t seem like it will happen in time for -free vaccine that’s reviewed and could work= a vote for Trump. I would consider it.  It is premature and smoke up my arse most likely.  Would love to be wrong on this one.  
 

Wednesday update. I feel like sheet today.  Mild fever persists.  Pretty much every muscle aches, especially my neck and thighs.  The sweating has continued since yesterday.  Appetite vanished today.  The thought of food makes me nauseous.

Hang in there wtf.  Are you and your wife staying separated in the house?  What happens when she goes to work and they ask-you know anyone with covid?  Is she still working right now?   Wish her the best too.  Stay hydrated and hope otc stuff can help.  I’m so sorry you got this **** virus!!!

We cut the house in half.  My mom is watching our 2 year old son when my wife is working. We have a decent sized house so it's not terrible.  Her job knows about it, but as long as she is asymptomatic, she works like normal.
