And I guess your 2nd tier state school taught did such a crap job at teaching you statistics that you think 800 is a big enough n to make reasonable assumptions (especially when it's lumped in with 700 other people in the same group) based on and that "offered but not yet vaccinated" means "declined to get it" when there's a specific category for vaccine refusal. That category mentions nothing about intention or motive, just that they haven't gotten it yet. 

And yes I can interpret safety and efficacy data from vaccine trials just as well as any pharmacist can (it's really not that hard) and I guarantee I know a helluva lot more about the public health aspect of it than most pharmacists. I also certainly know a lot more about it than the guy who thinks it's "not a vaccine" and  "changes your mRNA". But by all means if you want to keep making as ass of yourself go for it.

All while reporting specifically that the ones who know what they're talking about are much more likely to get it. Yeah...you really showed me!

I never said "pharmacy" isn't really hard.  I reviewing the safety and efficacy trials aren't that hard.  "pharmacy" is also just one aspect to take into consideration when you talk about vaccines along with public health and given the nature of this vaccine biology/physiology. ie knowing how mRNA works.

Right, that's called a phase 4 trial.  It's standard for any drug or vaccine the FDA approves. It's even more stingent for vaccines. I am required by law to submit every significant adverse event that occurs from a vaccine to the department of HHS.  Even ones that have existed for decades.  Pass out after the polio vaccine?  I'm filling out a report.  I don't know what you're trying to prove here.
