IFB Dog wants a piece of everybody

The fact that this is now widely accepted and others in here are rushing off to vaccinate their kids F'ing BLOWS MY MIND.

To others: Are you afraid for yourself, or your kids?  Is it because you're high risk that you're concerned for your kids getting sick?  Are you not going to let them go to school? They are literally more likely to die in the car on the way to school than they are to die from COVID. Guess you better start homeschooling, or you're a hypocrite.

I guess simple math blows your mind then. The facts are that, while children are the least likely to become very sick and die, they are still many, many times more likely to do that than they are to have an adverse reaction to a vaccine. And, then again, some can't get vaccinated for medical reasons, so the kids (or any other healthy, unvaccinated person) are potential vectors to spread it to vulnerable people. Ultimately, take all of the personal feelings and risk assessments out of the equation. The reality is that, to truly tamp this down, we need to slow the spread of variants and the replication of them that leads to more mutations that create newer, more deadly strains. The vaccines we have work well against the variants currently in circulation. This does not discount the possibility that a variant could develop in the near future that can escape the vaccine. The most important point is the epidemiology: More hosts=more vectors=more mutations=newer variants=more virulent disease. This is why EVERYONE who is medically capable of handling a vaccine should get one, or we could be back to square one sooner rather than later.

For those who want to be vaccinated and haven't been (e.g., kids), keep wearing a mask to protect yourself.

unless you're wearing a n95, mask wearing provides very minimal protection for the wearer. the masks everyone has been wearing are intended to prevent the spread to others.

you got it mask-backwards, brah!

You don't bother me with the fat jokes, buddy.  It just shows that you have to deflect from the reality of the situation.

Apparently vaccinated people don't die from COVID either. Just other things. Right?

Go back to India and save your people.  It's over here. Your fear mongering doesn't matter any longer.

I was born here you racist, fat pig.

JFC.  I've spent most of my life with friends and family saying I'm too cynical about people but if the last five years (and especially the last year) have taught me anything, it's that I spent most of my life overestimating the people I called morons.

What you have said has been said countless times to these people, might as well talk to the wall

Not surprising that fatty wants to try and take a bite out of all of us.

I mean, calling someone fat or short is a lot different than "go back to India". Doesn't take a genius to figure that out.

Racism strikes a nerve with most people FWIW.

No, I just like documenting stupidity. And you give me plenty of opportunities.

I couldn't care less what a fat, poor, science denying moron who went to THE Ohio State University says about, well...anything.

Nope, it's not for you to determine how I feel about his words. Right? Isn't that the leftist logic?  It's up to me to determine how offended I am and it's up to you to respect the fact that I am offended and change your behavior.

It hurts my feelings when he calls me fat. We should call for his job.  He is weight shaming.

Yeah, but you can at least stop being fat. You should try it.

Science denying?????????

Science denying is telling people with a 0.005% chance of dying from COVID that they should get injected with a limited-studied vaccine to save themselves.

I have a higher risk falling off a curb or getting in a car accident on my way to the vaccination appointment.

Only if the rest of us are lucky.

Not just about that, but you have been told that over and over again

India needs your help. Don't you care for your heritage?

You should go.  Be a hero.

I'll go help "my people" when you help yours. Go start a fund for the medical care for the obese graduates of 4th tier business schools, and I'll send a check for $10k to Indian relief efforts.

Don't attend your kids' baseball games. An errant swing could lead to a skull fracture.
