I posted the actual stats on my friends fb post and his response was basically "but the numbers….there inflated….nobody died from the flu….99.999994838377% survival.” He basically dumbed trumped it down to an incomprehensible level of stupid.

People act like the vaccine is now a death sentence because of this breaking news. It’s not. There’s risk in the vaccine. There’s more risk is not getting a vaccine. Yes is has side effects. Theyre being monitored. This is minuscule and more people have had reactions from Tylenol pm than this.

Talking about it is not acting like it’s a death sentence. Questioning the numbers is not overreacting. Questioning is one of the most important parts of science. Shouting down questions is antithetical to science.

The antivax covid denying trumpsters are vaxx-shaming everyone right now because of that "breaking” news that’s been known since basically the first dose. They aren’t questioning anything, they are using to spout conspiracy’s about democrats creating a pandemic to overthrow the diaper king. You should know exactly what I’m saying.
June 11, 20214 yr It’s stupid to avoid getting the vaccine and instead risk getting a serious illness. It’s dumb to not get vaccinated. You’re not smart if you don’t get readily available shots. Hopefully this post was clear enough. Btw, I say this as someone who didn’t get readily available shots growing up. I had chicken pox (which was not that bad) and then the measles (which was very bad).
June 11, 20214 yr Good think COVID doesn't have any kind of adverse cardiac side effects. Fing morons.

That's anti-science nonsense. You're a zealot. An impediment to science. The same as people who won't ever consider the possibility that the vaccine might be safe and effective. But hold onto that mediareligion created anger.
June 11, 20214 yr 275? Cool. Now tally up how many hospitalized from covid in the same age group. Then come back and explain to the class how this is anything other than a no-brainer of a decision.
June 11, 20214 yr It’s just Trumpers Quote CDC calls emergency meeting over 226 cases of heart inflammation in male teens who have had Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines Meanwhile, you anti-science zealots are all too happy to sacrifice kids at the altar of vaccolacism. ‘It’s only a few kids!’

We all know this by now. But your kids actually still have a chance at a normal life, so for their sake, you should get them vaccinated. Gambling with their health because of your psychotic political beliefs is genuinely sad.

See this is the problem when morons who have no f-cking clue as to what they are talking about parade around as if they have a medical degree. It’s absolutely amazing that over a year into this and people still can’t grasp the simple concepts of correlation vs causation and the difference between observational studies and randomized clinical trials.

Probably why D'Souza said "could" in the tweet, genius. Oh wow.
June 11, 20214 yr Interesting data: "More restrictions in a state is NOT correlated with fewer COVID-19 deaths." 🚨

I am old enough, my chicken pox "vaccine" was when somebody in elementary school caught it, we all had a sleepover party. Then everybody was out of school for like 2 weeks. We were told the illness is milder in younger children. I had a couple of friends who caught chicken pox in high school, it really sucked for them. Nothing you can do about scarlet fever.

Even saying it "could” increase COVID survival rates by 200% is inferring claims based on data that is NOT there. Again, we have clinical trial after clinical trial after clinical trial that show HCQ is no more effective than a sugar pill. when a randomized blind clinical trial shows that HCQ is effective, THEN you can say that it COULD increase COVID survival rates and we’d need to analyze why that study turned out different as compared to all the other clinical trials that have been done that have shown it to be NOT effective.
