To me it was very, very wordy. Hard to keep track in spots. Artistically, it is something else! I like how each character has their own vocal style that fits their character. Lot of jobs lost since covid. It's really good. I've seen dozens of Broadway shows and it's by far my favorite. The music is very modern, and like someone else said it's extremely wordy. I read because a lot of it is rap and rap allows for more words in each song, it has about 3 times as much content as a normal show the same length. I actually purchased very good tickets the day Broadway went back on sale to see it in October.
