I can’t believe I’m saying this, because Doc sucks, but… Sixers actually have a coaching advantage in this series. Mazulla is horrible.

Tbh others will disagree but i rather have jaylen brown than Tatum. I actually think brown brings it every game. even if he’s not shooting well usually brings it on the other end. Both are great players but i prefer brown over Tatum.

I’d take Brown over Tatum no question. 

Yeah, Tatum is the better player. Still a tad inconsistent, but he has Game 6 vs the Bucks last year on the road to show he can win when he matters most. 

Brown is also Irving crazy

My biggest concern in this game is the Sixers can win three of the 4 quarters.  But the Celtics are capable of flipping a switch and just completely annihilating in one quarter and stealing a game. Nearly did it last game in the 4th. Can’t allow Boston to cut into leads at the end of halves cause it’s momentum builder. Got to go for the kill and just put the Celtics out of their misery 

Im not getting too excited about this lead.

Yup. The Celtics coaching last year was immensely better. They struggled at first but they got stronger as the year went on. This team feels like it’s doing the exact opposite. you never know what you’re going to get from them. Add on this Celtics team has a better roster than the one they had last year. I think they keep Mazz but they really should consider getting a veteran coach with the roster they have. 

Maxey running downhill to close the quarter and Embiid takes it from him.

Yep. When it comes to coaching, the Sixers have gotten a good draw in these playoffs so far. Because I think Vaughn and Mazulla are the two playoff coaches that are far worse than him. It’s the main reason the Sixers have a good shot at winning this series.  

Hats off to tobias. Might have been his best half of basketball in a sixers uniform considering the magnitude of the game and being on the road

He usually has a solid 1st or 2nd quarter and wont be heard from again. Hope we get at least 1 more quarter out of him.

 

Not sure if it was posted in here or on facebook- last time 6ers won a game 5 in the Semis was 2001 when they went to the finals.

These refs are trash

I mean literally, every f'ing time Tatum pushes with his off arm.....I mean how do they f'ing allow that EVERY time?  And actually Brown just did it too.....
