Weird, because I have seen a timetable. He was supposed to join the team, which it sounds like he has. And gradually work in on the court in practice. Supposedly they are aiming for about 10 games for him before playoffs.

Which is stupid and annoying, but thats what we get with Philly teams managing trading for, and managing injured players.

Frankly i was ok with the fultz trade but not thrilled. I was perfectly fine taking whoever fell to three out of fultz, Tatum and ball and keep the kings pick. I didn’t think any of three were head and shoulders above the other to really overpay you move up. But yeah they’ve made some bad trades. Also bad signing when you figure in horford.

yep. exactly what I said when I first posted about that timeline in here. Im sick of every year hearing the excuse that "this team has only played 8 games together". Cause you know Hill will be back, but Joel and Ben will both miss a game or 2 in that span of 10 games. And theyll have less than 10 games together going in to playoffs.

And what has happened to Kemba Walker?  He used to tear us up but he seems like just another solid player now.  He's shooting just under 35% from three and 39.7% from the field this season.  No wonder they're under .500

Since his injury he’s not been the same. I heard Kevin O’Connor talking about it on his podcast. He was a good player and close to a "star” before coming to Boston. However now he’s just a starter but not close to star level at all

Those knees are either shot or close to it. A barely 6' guard that lost his explosion is a recipe for disaster. I think he even went to Germany for PRP to no avail.

3rd string center wouldn't matter much in the playoffs because they're screwed no matter what if jojo misses time.  and if dwight goes down, they can bump up jojo's minutes a bit & go small-ball for the 10-15 min he sits.

the small ball for 10-15 minutes is the issue if youre resorting to Mike Scott. 

they'd bump up minutes for ben & tobi as well...and could go small ball with one of them at the 5 for some minutes.   i mean, if you want them to use up a playoff roster spot on a guy like kyle o'quinn. there are a handful out there.

Dedmon was probably the best out there and they haven't done it all season while he was available.  Morey said he thought there would be bigs available on the buyout market who can help us, but obviously that hasn't happened yet. The bigs who got bought out signed elsewhere.

Both Morey and Doc at this point have plainly expressed that another big is a need on this team.  But they haven't gone and got one for some reason. 

yeah...all these buyout guys are either ring chasers or looking for minutes so they'll get their next contract.
