**Official Philadelphia 76ers Thread 2022/2023 Regular Season*

Ben has been a pleasant surprise so far, and he seems to be improving with each game. It's just ugly anywhere farther from 5 feet from the basket.  He tried a couple of hooks, even made at least one.  With his length, that could be an unstoppable shot for him, it just looks so unnatural.  Can't fault his effort so far though.  If he keeps playing hard, and doesn't get down on himself, he'll be a help.

Hawks will be a good match up for the Sixers in the 2nd round. They should still win comfortably, but a good tune up for the Conference Finals.

They can go 9 deep if Reddish is back in time. Bodgan vs Thybulle will be a fun match up

I think its either 4-1 or 4-2 us.

Shake just increased his odds of getting traded this offseason

Yeah...

Unfortunately Shake last year he was overmatched in the playoffs. He made a massive regular season improvement, and then has been invisible in the playoffs again.

I hope the Knicks can win a couple more games to make it a 7 game series.

I think the Sixers cruise to the ECF regardless though

Hawks is definitely more of a challenge, just a lot more talent than Knicks

I could be wrong, but I'd rather play them when the Sixers are mostly playing well. If they have 5 days off they may cool off.

They go about 9-10 deep. They got scoring and at home they are one of the best in the league. I believe 28-11 including playoffs. The hawks are going to be a challenge. The sixers should win but the sixers have had issues with the hawks specifically in atlanta over the years. I think the sixers win it in 6 games but i don’t think it’s going to be easy. The hawks have been one of the better teams in the league since bogdonavic came on board and they made the coaching change.

Barkley has it right. Need to come out and stomp these guys tonight

Love how Ben is playing this series besides the FT shooting. He’s currently 0-10. That will eventually catch up to the sixers if he continues to be that awful at the FT.

Embiid is really good at what I always referred to as the Wade Fade when I lived in Florida watching Dwayne Wade. He was amazing at that mid range fadeaway and embiid sinks it pretty much every time I saw him do it last game and then he just did it a bit ago

Great Lebron like acting job by westbrook there.

Embiid credits Dirk for the move.

Its looking like Embiid decided theyd coast to the win without him trying tonight.

Wtf is Danny Green doing out there?

that was better

Everyone and their mother getting hurt for the wizards

Dwight Howard looks like he had to rush to the arena after his shift at the apothecary store.

Robin Lopez and Howard battling it out for worst haircut in this game.

If you would’ve told me westbrook and beal had just 6 points through 15 minutes of this game I’d have said it was a blowout. Bertans and Lopez combining for 24 points on 9-11 shooting is the only reason the wizards are in this game.

I can't believe Westbrook had a 26 point triple double on Saturday night.  I was getting pretty hammered during the game, but that was the quietest stat padding I've ever witnessed.  I only remember him bricking a bunch of jump shots.

If you really want to think about things, if the thunder decided to trade westbrook and keep harden, there’s a high probability KD is still in OKC cause they mesh better together than he and westbrook did.

Someone break that Fing guy's arm Jesus nothing but hooks and has made every one

Totally agree.  I feel bad for that city honestly.  They will never have a trio of talent like that ever again unless they strike gold in the draft again.

Also they obviously mentioned not seeing embiid after going to the locker room bit I feel like I haven't seen Simmons in a hot minute either
