I don't know if it's a good or bad thing but Ben is basically the biggest story in the NBA right now.  Every show on ESPN and Fox Sports have been deep diving into the Ben/Sixers fiasco.  He has to be embarrassed.  Even if he's supposedly constantly shielded by his family, they know what's being said.  This is a mess.

The Suns pieces are really nice. James jones has done a really good job. Getting Cameron Payne last year before the bubble. He’s been terrific for them. Who would’ve thought he’d come this far from being Westbrook’s stupid dance handshake routine before games with OKC to this. Also ayton, Booker and bridges is a good young nucleus. Even their bench is nice normally when Paul is healthy. Got saric, Johnson, Payne and Craig. I’d argue only the clippers in the playoffs have a better bench when kawhi is healthy and possibly the hawks when Hunter is healthy and they go huerter, gallinari, reddish and Lou Williams

But Paul and Booker were not in sync for the first 20 games and Ayton was basically benched during the middle of the season to end games. Have to credit Monty for that, just like have to credit Lue for all his adjustments 

Just ran a play for Booker and still allowed 3 secs left so they can get the potential last shot.

That was an amazing play call to ayton. However ayton grabbing zubac’s jersey for the drive is definitely a foul on ayton.

He ran it with Covington a lot. Pretty sure it was the game against Minny that they used it to win the game. The only issue is that Covington sucked at layups and would brick it occasionally when he was wide open

Oh i know just makes me laugh that we ran it but it never looked nearly as clean as Monty running it with ayton to perfection 

For Lillard…Simmons, Maxey and Shake and how many first round picks would it take? Let’s just pretend Portland would actually want Ben as part of the deal. 
 

Id hate to trade Maxey but I’d give him up for Dame. Could swap Thybulle in, but I think if you’re getting Lillard back you’re better off keeping the defense of Thybulle.

if i'm portland, i don't even know if i'd give up lillard for embiid....let alone simmons.

I know, me neither but… it’s fantasy land time. That said, as we’ve seen, the players have a lot of control in the NBA. If Lillard wants out, they’re gonna take the best deal available.
