Probably trying to change his mind without changing the roster. Just a dumb decision and literally the definition of insanity with CJ and Dame running it back.

I’d love reddish but have a hard time believing the hawks would just deal him for 28. Ross makes sense as Orlando likely would want to unload him

Ross would be freakin phenomenal. Perfect to replace Green. Even better really.

Ideally would like to have green and ross. Even if we pay green 2 years 34. We can eventually use him to match salaries in another trade.

yeah. Thats not really Embiid anymore. He wasnt super athletic and mobile since he was a rookie. Hes athletic "for his size". But hes not a great leaper, nor can he hustle up and down the court.

Herro is definitely not going to be enough. And frankly sign and trade with robinson means nothing to them in a rebuild. I feel like it’s coming where lillard asks to be traded though.

I know.  That's why I am worried.  It was a weird statement to make when he should realize non of those type of guys will be available to be traded to him nor is there a team that a player like that, that he could join.

We need an Embiid hype video that is being played at 1.5 speed which shows how fast, quick and nibble he is.

I know that and that's why I said the only asset they have is CJ and the only one they would move if they think they can make the team better for Dame.

So which player and picks are they going to package with CJ to make their team a lot better?  Not better, but a lot better.  That is what Dame is looking for.  My point is, they don't have the assets to bring back someone that is going to make them contenders.

I mean... maybe if we had a good PG, or at least someone that was decent at lob passes we would see Embiid finishing a bunch of oops looking athletic. But we havent had that.

 

And, I dont think Embiid could stay healthy trying to play above the rim.

I tend to think Portland is Fed in general if they are trying to win a title with pollard. Also their gm is kind of a dope for saying he thinks the are a title contender with just changing the coach. He will likely not make the move he should at this time and it’ll ultimately cost him his job anyway.

Agreed.  There is no way they can become title contenders this year so Dame is going to eventually ask out.  It will probably be at the trade deadline after we have dealt Ben for peanuts.  I fn hate that guy man.  He makes my blood boil.

Why are they dealing slo mo? I kind of feel memphis would want to keep him. Don’t get me wrong i agree would be a nice grab by the sixers.
