Yep. Thats pretty much my list after checking back on that tweet with the interested teams. Smart is my top choice. Markkanen 2nd. Id expect to end up with Hart.

I really can’t see green wanting to go to New Orleans. I think that’s the reason it keeps hart out of the equation. I think Chicago makes the most sense with how they are building and he’d be a solid fit on that team. I think Milwaukee is likely second. Boston i don’t see simply cause they have two wings in brown and Tatum. I think the bulls could use wing help and some outside shooting. Frankly if we got markkanen I’d consider dealing Harris to the kings for hield. You’d actually have shooting of curry, hield, markkanen around embiid and Simmons (assuming at the moment he’s back)

Since Chicago is so guard heavy I was thinking about Coby White but Green will sign for a lot more than White's salary on the rookie contract.

DiVincenzo would be okkkk but hes a backup. Smart is ideal. We would have a starting point.

Markkanen doesn't make sense after signing Niang and Drummond, but still want him over Smart.

DiVincenzo, Lauri,Hart, Smart.

Boston people are thinking Smart is starting to lose this athleticism and his defense is in decline.

Yeah. Markkanen is only 2 on my list because it muddies the waters further on this roster in a directionless offseason. And that move only further proves it.

It kinda forces you in to a Harris trade then. Markkanen wont come here and be fine with a bench role.

It’s why i would trade Harris if they made that move. Niang isn’t a starter imo. I’d move Harris cause i think markkanen if developed right can be a really good stretch 4 and i think he’s going to be a starter. I use Harris to get hield back. I create a team that can actually shoot around embiid and Simmons (sadly at the moment looks like he’s back).

based off who i think has the highest upside it would be markkanen followed by divincenzo then hart then smart. I think in terms of what the sixers kind of need it’s more divincenzo, smart, hart and markkanen.

I’m fine with that. I’d deal Harris for hield and some filler to make it work at that point.

if I’m forced to watch Ben Simmons next year i would love to see curry, hield and markkanen all of whom can shoot around him and embiid.

plus i still have my horford trade exception that i can get someone off the bench that can help in another area.

I'm ok with trading Harris.  The problem may be that he may be a better player than Lauri.

Also,  with the log jam created,  teams may not be jumping to pay scarcer full price is.  They'll know we are motivated to clear that jam.

Have seen more than one fan on Facebook day they're hearing Green for Schroder sign and trade.  This was 2-3 hours ago they posted.  Not sure where they hear that.

I hate Schroder.  But I don't hate getting a bench scorer for a guy we are about to lose anyway.

If they must bring back Simmons, do they trade Harris to start Simmons at the 4?

Maybe if they had a point guard or 2 on the roster. I guess we will see if they get any.

I think Harris today is clearly a better player than markkanen. I don’t think that’s necessarily the case 2 years down the road. Markkanen is 23. Harris didn’t really become the player he is today until about 25-26 years old. I think markkanen has room to grow and reach a ceiling and i do think is a better fit alongside embiid. He shot 40.2% from 3 last year on 5.8 attempts.

plus if i got markkanen and subsequently in the other trade hield I’m getting markkanen and hield for Harris (green doesn’t want to be here so it’s a lost cause to include him like he would be here). That’s pretty good trade off. Get a stretch 4 shooting 40% from 3 and hield who is a 40.6% career three point shooter. And curry who last year with less shooting around him was 45%.

That would cap off this crapfest if they deal for Schroeder

Yeah.  Id very much like markkanen and hield.

Schroder, I'd give it a chance but expect that I'd hate it because I already know what he is all about.  I kind of expect it now.

The old summer league team in Simmons real rookie year is about as good as the Hawks team that just bounced us from the playoffs.  Can we trade our whole team for these guys?

I can’t stand Schroeder. Only reason I’d do it is if that was all i could get in the sign and trade. I’d try to flip him at the deadline to a team that needs a guard.

76ers aren't winning a title with this group, including Embiid.  We kind of knew that 2 years ago.

Best you can hope to do is get really lucky in a year that the red sea of competition just parts (like it did this year when they still weren't nearly good enough).

It's not going to happen, but you might as well ride the current assets into the ground and just enjoy what we get in the process, pun intended.

I'm normally all for cashing out and blowing it up when you realize your framework isn't good enough, but the process was so long and the NBA is just getting back to purpose built player managed super teams...we might as well just enjoy the fairly competitive team we have while we have it.

I feel like last year was the year.

Nets were hurt, Lakers got bounced, Embiid was at the top of his game.

I think they would have matched up well with the Bucks and the Suns.

Once the playoffs started and we saw Simmons shrivel under the pressure once again, we should have known immediately that it wasn’t going to be their year.

Once playoffs rolled around they didn’t have a perfect team outside of Ben by any means, but I do believe they would/could have got it done with the exact same team but replacing Ben with a real PG. You just can’t win a title with a PG who is a black hole on the offensive end, and cant even make half of his damn free throws.

[Derek Bodner] This would leave the Sixers with ~$6.2 million left on the non-taxpayer MLE. It would also hard-cap them at $143m. I have the Sixers with ~$128m committed to 12 players. They also still have an $8.2 million trade exception available.

I was talking about their chances, not the team.

Dwight's goodbye message hahaha

Dwight Howard: Philly. Philly. Philly. If a picture could describe my experience in Philly this the one. Pure love and joy. I’m sad our time together was short. But I must say I enjoyed every single moment. I am gonna definitely miss Philly and the city and all the fans. Y’all showed me so much love. And it did not go unnoticed. I love you. Thank you to the city of BROTHERLY LOVE. PHILADELPHIA. 🏆🏆🏆. Imma miss my frosty chants with the crowd.😭😭. To my brothers. This year we came up short. But we had an amazing season. Thank you to the entire 76er staff. We will always be family. And Ben. Bend ya kneeeesss 😂😂😂😂

Forbes to Spurs.

Spurs wanter Markkanen but he wanter more than they were willing to pay. They gave Collins 3/22. So probably safe to assume Markkanen wants more than that. Which kinda works for a Green sign and trade who would be closer to 15M a year rather than 7.

Would have been nice to get it done and used Hill's contract a few days ago.

Cavs interested in Sign and Trade for Josh Hart.
