Crazy.  Months later, and so many rumors,  we have gone full 360 back to the first team that was ever rumored to make an offer.  Originally it was Brogdon and a 1st.

brogdon & lavert are hurt a lot....but they're also not ben simmons, so i'd consider it.

That's because people finally woke up and realized Ben isn't going to fetch them a superstar. So they are going back to the trades that actually make sense.

Eh i mentioned levert and brogdon at the beginning of all this and the pacers fan on here said it would never happen cause pacers wouldn’t deal levert. If that was an option months ago I’d have taken that deal.

I assume Shake would go in that deal as well?

What’s the likelihood of draft pick compensation coming back in that proposed deal? Maybe a top 3 or 5 protected first?

This is the one i posted a couple days ago. I think it makes the most sense. Would like to keep shake but i think depth wise the sixers would be fine.

i guess...ben + shake, joe, & springer gets it close. trading 4 guys for brogdon & levert seems like a lot..but i'm sure they could figure something out.

yeah...that would be the ideal, imo. i guess the sixers could take on $4.3 mill salary?

I think cause it’s within the 125% salary in a matching deal. 

what’s nice about this deal is that i think the pieces fit much better. I like brogdon. He’s not great but he’s good. Levert has upside to be very good. However let’s hypothetically say the blazers do what the blazers have done in the past this year. Next offseason you could try and make a deal with brogdon as an expiring, levert, those picks and some of yours to potentially get a lillard (assuming Portland at that time is willing to blow it up and wants a restart). So you’d get a year to see how it all works and it doesn’t remove you from potentially making a bigger move

Later Shake. He does nothing for me and to me nothing more than an 8th or 9th guy aka a throw in guy. 

Morey needs to ask for Duarte. Watched him in his pre season game and he is better off the bounce than thought. Also, he is a 24 year old rookie so won't need kids to adult growing pains.
