They brought this on themselves. All they had to do was accept any trade of value.

[Wojnarowski] Sixers coach Doc Rivers threw Ben Simmons out of practice today and the suspension came shortly thereafter, sources tell ESPN.

oh im not saying this is 100% on ben. 

but we've all seen this slow moving train coming for months. the sixers could have gotten out of the way.

meh, its one game. The sad thing is that this kind of behavior is surprising no one. We have always known how he is, yet we persist in coddling him and allow him continue being almost great.

i wanted ben gone a few years ago.  

they did coddle him under brett....and again last season...right up until he basically took a sheet during the game 7 loss.  then he gets called out...probably for the first time in his life...and this is his reaction.

see, its aholes like you that didnt allow him to make the same mistakes over and over again . it's not like it helped lead the sixers to multiple playoff series eliminations or anything.
