I wonder if there are any other players in Tobias Harris' tier who are a bad fit with their current team and their team needs a PF

I just saw a stat that says the Sixers have a 110.9  offensive rating when Niang and Embiid play together. 

If we could trade Harris for a 3 and D wing, that would be ideal.

(I was just looking at his advanced stats and he's barely in the top 100 for VORP, BPM, outside of top 100 for Win Shares and outside of the top 50 in Usage.....what a terrible contract)

I had stated over the past few seasons that when you focus on them, you can clearly see that Ben and Tobias had the best chemistry on the team.  Between covid recovery (which took Seth the majority of the regular season to recover from) and the loss of Ben, it's no wonder that Tobi is struggling. 

Contract wise, trading both Tobi and Ben at the same time would be a blockbuster NBA trade.

I said it when it was time to start thinking about paying Embiid his super max. Bad decision. I would have kept him as long as we could until he got pissed about not getting paid and then traded him.

Not sure if its right or wrong. Maybe he shocks the world and has a long productive career.

Im just saying, Ive been at that point where I thought it was time to consider a trade.

After paying him, they wont. We are going to be stuck with that contract for a long time, and its going to become the worst in the league. 

But you want to trade Ben for CJ, who has a horrible contract and is owed 33 and 35 million over the next two years. 

Talk it into existence

I was there last year when Embiid went down again. Get rid of him ASAP before he really falls apart. They will never do it but that would be the smartest thing they could do. The big question is what do you get in return?
