76ers have a good track record of rehabilitating Lakers centers. My guess is that continues.

I actually don't hate this kid and actually hope he turns things around

What Maxey has turned out to be is what I thought we were getting in Fultz; a dynamic combo guard to pair with Ben.  It was a strange path to get here but I'm happy with the way things eventually shook out.

Markelle Fultz makes long-awaited return as Orlando Magic drop Indiana Pacers

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Markelle Fultz had 10 points and six assists in 16 minutes in his first game for the Orlando in almost 14 months as the Magic beat the visiting Indiana Pacers 119-103 on Monday night.

We literally drafted Maxey with the pick we got for him.....

We can call it even then.  We got our guy.  It just wasn't Fultz.  We could say the same for Beard and Simmons.  Took a few years and Beard only has a few left but let's go get a couple of rings now while Embiid can still walk.

I’d like to see more Reed.

Nets gotta be feeling great about the trade right about now… got smoked by Toronto last night with no KD or Kyrie, and Ben still sitting out to "ramp up.”

Oh, no, no - Ben was an investment in their "future”.  They knew exactly what they were doing here, folks

Could someone explain how after the next two road games, the Heat have 11 or 12 at home?  I mean, obviously they must have played a ton on the road and good for them to have the record they do....but did the NBA actually create this schedule this way for them?  Jesus....

The arena could have concerts or other events scheduled? The Spurs do it every year where they go on a long road trip for a rodeo.

he's the well dressed man from the meme joel tweeted, in case you didn't know.

Was gonna say the same thing. I know here the AHL team can’t use the arena for a month due to the gem show that comes out here for 3 weeks

Ben Simmons be like

That's a shocking result.  According to some of the national talking heads we got fleeced in the trade.  How could the Nets lose by such a margin with the great Seth Curry and Andre Drummond on the floor?

Meanwhile, the Sixers held their own in the standings with a ton of COVID protocol hits to their lineup a month or two back and mostly bench pieces picking up the slack.  The excuse for their underperformance is predictably  gonna still be the injuries/no Kyrie at home.

Not the hero we wanted but the hero we needed

In the same regard, I hope the fans give Curry and Drummond a huge ovation when they’re announced, just to prove the contrast in respect for people who actually showed up for the team and got it done.

Willie Cauley Stein is just as good as Jordan, both offer nothing. Reed rebounding numbers are pretty good for his size

Drummond still has skills, he just had to realize he wasn't a starter anymore and accept his new role. Jordan has been on 4 teams in 3 years now.

[Carlin] Doc Rivers says the team anticipates using Willie Cauley-Stein more in games. He says they need a rim protector and that’s what he can provide.

The Sixers NEED to win in the next two years. Before it’s all said and done, I’m afraid Harden will revert back to his lazy self and get booed off the court.

It’s great right now, though. I just hope this offseason opt-in actually happens.
