Really should just play reed and Bassey at this point. Even if they stink at least they are getting experience and maybe it helps down the road. Jordan and millsap are washed and done.

I agree but have abandoned any hope of Doc doing it.

An epidural is usually a last itch effort to avoid surgery. Lots of people have herniations but the seriousness depends on the location and if you have impingement on a nerve.
I had a herniation that was impinging on a nerve and over time was fraying the nerve. It would have severed it completely had I not had surgery.
To give you an idea how bad it was, the first available date they offered me for my surgery was my 30th birthday and I took it.

My dad one day came home from work and I heard all this banging around at the door so I went to see what was going on .. there was my dad laying on the pavement in tears. I'm like what is going on!? He said he threw his back out..

So he laid on the floor for like a week and finally went to a chiropractor. The Dr said " I can't do anything for you, your back is gone" so he went to another Dr. The Dr said you know you are one wrong move from being paralyzed the rest of your life? All but, one disc was ruptured. Like holy hell man a week he laid on the floor saying he just threw his back out lol.

Regardless if Simmons is a **** or not, the back is nothing to mess with.

So what was he doing the last 9 months. No excuse really

I hear you.  I doubt he was doing anything to really take care of himself.  It’s probably a good thing for the Sixers.  If he had been working out like he should have and news of a serious herniation came out before the trade, it may have killed the deal.

I kind of think they try to deal him this offseason in a package.

Same. I don't think he ever plays a game for the Nets.

You’d think the nets would’ve made him take a physical to see this and how bad it was prior to the trad. so it’s either BS cause Ben didn’t train in his time off and hurt himself tamping it up or their docs just thought it wasn’t that bad or it isn’t that hurt and he’s a puss.

He definitely had a physical and passed. I remember it being reported. This is Simmons being a bish.

Frankly i think this likely came after the deal. I totally see Ben not expecting to be traded so he wouldn’t play this year. and then it happened and he realized crap i have to get caught up in order to play. He ramped it up too much too soon and hurt himself. Either that, or he hurt himself working out outside of the sixers and didn’t want to say anything cause he thought they’d use it against him and something with his contract. Second one is less likely as I’m guessing the nets docs gave him a physical and looked at his back as he had a major issue with it a couple seasons back.

Is it wrong that sometimes I don't want the sixers to do anything good so I don't have to listen to Scott screech?? Also alaa cries more about fouls then any broadcast crew I've ever watched, he goes on and on about every damn foul called like a little effing beech. He is worse the Harden.

I can't wait till they get to the playoffs so I don't have to listen to this garbage anymore

Sixers decided to not show up for the second half

Jordan is killing us.  If he didn't have stone hands, he could have 8-10 points a game between the lobs and his 4 foot shots Harden gets him.

Another blown lead…

at what point do people grasp that doc is a failure?

This teams rebounding is straight garbage

Refs have been f'ing us the last few games.

Ranks dead last.

harris doing an impressive job of being dumb and fouling at the end of this game.

thank you for the rebound Maxey

clutch 2/2 at the FT line too. Great poise from the young guy.

They were lucky to beat a bad team. Again.

I was convinced they were giving up an offensive rebound off that FT miss.

I missed the game but Cleveland is the six seed and a 2.5 games back from us before this game.  Contenders no.  Bad team no.

Bench sucked again.

Can we bench the entire bench?

They need to give Reed, Bassey and Shake more minutes. Niang, Jordan and Joe have been awful. It’s obvious Niang doesn’t have the conditioning to play the amount of minutes he’s been playing lately.

This team will not go anywhere until they have some kind of a bench.
