Either of them I’d take at 3 years 45 mil-ish.

The Brandin Cooks trade is a tough one for me. Just not sure what I’d trade for him. Also don’t know how much he’ll cost in a new contract.

But let’s say a third round pick and 15 mil a season for three seasons. Do you make the trade?

Here would be my downside.   If it gets in the way of drafting another top WR. Or if it pushes Watkins back in the pecking order to 4.

I think he is a good WR... but does it move the needle enough?  Apparently they want at least a 2nd round pick.    🤷    who knows.   Can't argue it's an upgrade for the now... the question is if it's the right move going forward?

Any interest in Trey Flowers? Know he has knee probs, would need thorough physical.

Whelp Cox will be dropped after this season. 50 mil becomes guaranteed for 2024 if he’s on the roster the second day of next season.

We get 15 mil in cap relief after June 1 this year

Just less than twenty mil per season was above my price range for him. Moving on. Bring in Landry.

Interesting….you prefer the smaller guy with a weak arm. Not that intrigued with him. Playing for his uncle he put up some stats distributing the ball in college. Still managed plenty of interceptions some how.

He's ranked higher than your boy LOL.I guess they are all wrong again, you know who the top players are. BTW his arm has never really been tested. He is a round 7 pick,I doubt you are getting Aaron Rodgers and his arm is as good as round 2 pick Hurts in round 7

Why would be want to play here with a 1 read and run QB???? Unless he totally wants to tank his stat lines so he gets paid garbage later, there is no incentive to play here. That's why we settle for guys like Pascal. We need to build through the draft. I remember when we called Smiths name last draft. He didn't look overly thrilled

Hurts is better than Mayfield….so he’d be going up.

Anyone know about the Eagles signing a 27 year old olympic hurdler?

Cool to have a well traveled experienced athlete in the room. He’s obviously fast and athletic. He’s come through in some high pressure moments to win our national championship. An underrated part of his makeup would be the work ethic and willpower. I doubt he got to those levels of sport by slacking. This guy will put in all the work needed. Fast, works hard and I’d assume he’s very coachable. If he puts everything on the line believing this is his one shot…..I like having that guy around the practice fields and facilities. The hungry hard working super athletic long shot!

He doesn't play football  .but intangibles through the roof.   Ham would have 53 of these guys if he could.

Athleticism  through the roof

But yeah….love having guys like that working with some of these ultra privileged athletes. I don’t see him as 53 though. Huge difference there. Guys hungry working and practicing Harris exactly the environment we need to develop our new team going forward. Sorry you underestimate the importance all the opportunities to be able to coach are. So many of these players are coddled well before college even. Too many just showing up. Just not where we are at right now. We need to be that blue collar cohesive team. To see a guy faster than you and working harder…. guys have to notice and see.

Worked out pretty good with that Mailata guy

Shouldn’t make the team with athleticism alone. Shouldn’t make the team with intangibles alone. The more you put together both aspects then you have something. If you have abundance of both….they call you Hall of Famer!

We all want the Randy Moss level guys. Thing is…aren’t many of them. Think there are places on the team for many different types of players. Think we have the perfect example of a guy with all the intangibles but not big enough, long enough or good enough in….Jason Kelce. Day three pick that’s potential was called could be a backup. No problem with rolling with gritty intangible guys like him that aren’t talented enough. Give me a whole team of that.

Give me the undrafted LB from Wisconsin. The QB that isn’t tall enough. The rugby guy that never played football. The QB converted to WR. The small school guys that the jump in competition is too great. If I’m a coach those give you the right environment. Real practicing and coaching. Not loafing Primma Donna too good to be taught or try…if it’s not a game. Brings back the days of Vermeil. This team will improve. Iron sharpens iron. Get these guys building that together and the chemistry runs thick. Outside noise about not being good enough underdogs doesn’t rip the team up or effect the team. NFL always seems to test each teams resolve. One bad call going to destroy your team’s day? Or is it going to make each player grab the other and fuel them to overcome….whatever odds?

Maybe we can get basketball centers to play WR.  Just toss the ball up there

Rugby is at least similar to football. Hurdling-not so much.

We bring in all kinds of guys(all teams do). UDFA's and round 7 picks. I doubt the FO has enough staff to interview 37,000 guys you have found off the street,in parking lots and at your kids track meets. Sometimes you get lucky(Mailata,Tom Brady) Sometimes you wiff, but you can't bring in everyone under the sun
