I feel he’s going to prove better than Murray

That is what we need to find out NOW,not NEXT year,we need to know NOW,so we can decide what to do in the next draft

The monster in the room to me is the coaching. Think the top teams are steps ahead of us there.

There is NO way to know this. let's see what siri can do now that we added much needed TALENT

Murray’s average per year is high. But far from the fully guaranteed contract of Watson.

You keep saying now. But there is a long time until next draft. Let’s see what happens.

Need to know now. Hahaha I think Payton is an option next year for us.

Gannon has to prove it to me. Don’t see how he got so much HC attention last year. Thought he did terrible.

Other than Slay, who was the great talent we had on defense? The most brilliant coah will look awful if there is no talent to work with. Actually Schwartz did an amazing job with the trash players we gave him

Hurts hasn’t done enough for me to extend like any of that yet

163 million guaranteed. So even if you suck donkey balls 163 mil is pretty nice!!!

Much less than 230 mil guaranteed

like you said depends on the details, are the incentives harder or easier to hit? Some "incentives" are nearly guaranteed

Isn't "NOW" THIS year? I believe it IS,so we need to know NOW,this season to make an intelligent, informed decision about the future at QB

Payton is waiting out the Cowboy's coaching job. He lives in Dallas and has no intention of moving. Heck, he took a helicopter to NO for PRactice every day! The best thing we can hope for is Dallas win the Division and we take a WC. Than Dallas lose to us or GB in the NFL Championship game lol... Then Jerry sticks with McCarthy and we do not have to worry about Payton next season....

I think of ‘ now’being—-about to start TC at the end of July. Your ‘now’feels months off

Has anyone ever played in a Dynasty League? I heard about it and it sounds interesting. You have 10 teams that draft 20(I think) players. That is your team. At the end of the year you drop 3 and draft 3 more. But you keep that team for life. Obviously you make trades and such, but it sounds intriguing. Allot of thought has to go into how many older players you draft vs younger ones...

It can be pretty cool

Burrow value would be way above Brady and ARod basically

Some ways it’s cool playing dynasty. Some ways it’s frustrating. Really depends on the rule setup. Do you have an IR? You can be stuck hanging on to three young studs that are out the rest of the season because no way can you just release them. So you gotta carry dead weight and some things.

problem with last year's offense, way more than anything Hurts did or didn't do, was the fact that the #1 outside threat was a diminutive rookie having a solid not spectacular campaign.  The wideouts were easily phased out in stretches by any defense worth a damn.

Yea a rookie WR that should have easily topped 1000 yards. Even those so called defenses worth a damn as you say I was seeing Smith open plenty lots of missed opportunities.

Hell Smith in a run heavy offense still gave 900 yards and was a ton of meat left on that bone.

Welp better show you enough this year then because the Murray contract will likely be the tablet for Hurts contract extension. Next offseason if we opt to keep him.

I don’t unless Siri and the Eagles completely tank this year.

id only give it like a 5% chance Siri is fired. He is going to be the coach come next season.

Hurts is far more likely to be replaced

Depends on the dynasty league. Was in one that we only got to keep a starting lineup each offseason. Rest of the players got thrown back into the pool to redraft.

If he didn’t go out of bounds on the long TD

Sure we believe in rushing the passer is key. Been our philosophy the whole time I’ve been paying attention. Some of these guys…especially Brady are getting the ball out so quick now though. Several QBs can read and know where to attack. Our brilliantly super talented Super Team gave up like 500 yards passing. Don’t even remember if the Pats punted. Last year it wasn’t just our soft pass rush though. We were unusually soft against the run. Played back in coverage so hard their were huge gaps everywhere.

Every football team believes in rushing the passer. It's not complicated.  Stop the run, rush the passer...everything else comes afterwards.

You and the rest of the world.  Why do you think you are different?

Pretty surprised Carr is behind Hurts in Vegas for MVP odds

Hurts, Jackson and Murray all the same….with a huge gap after

Maybe the rest of the world believes Hurts has the pieces around him to put up MVP #s.

The bash on the newest kid is he has upper body but not lower. Normally those are blocking backs, but he is not a good blocker. So why he wasn't drafted. He has lots to prove. We'll see how this pans out

Love me RBs with things to prove.  You see them play with an edge.   Like the opposite of Miles Sanders where he does nothing special, yet probably because of so many delusional fans who don't realize he gets a few big runs through some gaping holes and makes his average look good.  A guy like him seems entitled, wrong position for that.
