I like the AJ trade. But believe it was really forced by the WR draft class elite guys going before our pick. One of which went to the Saints with our help. I had a large gap between the elite guys and Burks. AJ was a great move all things considered.

If you are Hurts and your future is on the line and you have to prove you can lead this team how does a S help him do that? he worked out with brown,they have a connection but you'd rather get a rook S and HOPE he works out while Hurts has ONE WR teams can DT???

AKA- 3 round 1 picks this  and 1 next year. Howie got 2 this year,2 next year and netted Brown,which is the better option? (3+1=4, 2+2=4 and you get Brown to boot)

3+1=4 2+2=4 I’ll take Dax Hill instead of random first rounder next year while enabling the Saints to take Olave and control the WR run in the draft.

I don’t think Dax was the only guy worth taking either.

Chase was going early. Dude is amazing. Probably the best WR in the league. The trade up by the Saints completely forced the WR market in the draft. We enabled them to push us out of drafting a WR. We had to trade for AJ since the Saints did that.
