My early draft prep I thought Karlaftis should be in the running for our first….first round pick. Had him rated higher than Davis. Getting closer to the draft it was very apparent he had slid a bunch for some reason. 

BTW how often do we have 3 round 1 picks? Even TWO?

I liked him,I can't say I didn't,but my 2 were Davis and Olave. Instead we got Davis and Brown,so what did we lose?? it's not like Brown is aged like Alshon and he put up some numbers game 1. So we scramblerd at S(as we always have done for decades)

I stated we needed speed in AR’s system. An outside guy seemed more crucial than a slot guy having two good TE already. But the point was their were at least six WR guys to trade back and get. We got AJ this year….so what would that have to do with previous drafts? No idea. Only in your mind is that relevant. But I wanted Metcalf instead of JJAW also. Wanted Hollywood Brown instead of Dillard. On and on….DeAndre Hopkins years ago in the second round.

We will have our hands full Monday night. Having home field will help. I hope we are as loud as they were in Detroit. Maybe we can thrown them outta whack LOL

I agree,  Hurts landed us Brown before the draft... my guess is they were hoping for a WR run to have other guys fall.

I was concerned there would be major bumps in the road with this D. Gannon has really had me scratching my head. He needs more development as a DC clearly. Doesn’t appear he knows how to utilize all this new talent we accumulated for him. We have more invested on the D side than anybody. Gave up 35 to the Lions? This D should dominate!
