These people had a great vacation.. I've been seeing trips to Grand Canyon, Sedona ... watching Phillies games at the bars...etc.   ton of people there

You can sign him later....you have a bunch of starters that are old and could be done.    You need to make a long term plan in the offseason.  Besides...you know all too well you could trade back to 26 and draft a stud S.   

What if your DC takes a head coaching job?    Why don't you wait and see what's up....you are in a rush to say how great everyone is....let's see what happens.   You might have to pay an elite RB...lol.

We invested in him. Decent difference to me if it was just to be a one year rental. A one year rental I would have been fine with if he wasn’t a fit. Then just move on. But he fairly quickly has proven his fit and worth. So now it just becomes an issue of amount of compensation. Both our S are ready to be paid or hit the FA market.

You wanted to discuss Hurts while he still had two more years under contract. I don’t see why starters that are in their actual contract years can’t be considered real discussion. Choices need to be made. It’s a two way street. We have to sincerely want to sign them….but they need to be willing to reasonably want to resign here. Not sure where things stand on those fronts with either S. I’d think it clear we would want to resign both S. Or extend as it would be right now. So then it just comes down to the players. How much will they demand? Do they even wish to stay here? Does the thought of FA really entice them?

You better believe I’d be sizing up what each players demands are looking like. We traded for AJ and signed him right away. So you’d assume Gardner Johnson it was looked into as well. I’m not sure it’s even an option for us. His whole goal might be just hitting FA as a S instead of Slot. We assisted in.

I believe Gardner Johnson trade price was considerably cheaper because of his difficulty to sign. The trade was negotiated at one year rental terms.

Correct... let's keep it there for now.   Remember the guy who said.   " the Eagles really screwed up, they are going to have to pay Travis Fulgham big money to keep him after this year"    that was 3 games for Fulgham you had the big money for him...lol.   slow down a little.    Like I said, we have a lot of roster turnover coming up , let's see what happens this entire year and plan accordingly. 

Trevor Lawrence really stepping up and getting better each week.    Wouldn't surprise me if Jax gets swept from our division.

Lol...  as of now he is in the race?  What does he have 2 TDs per game if you combine the rushing in there?   How many QBs putting up more stats and points for their teams without playing with a defense that isn't giving points in 4 out of the 5 weeks?  Without the pick 6 last week, that's 7, 8, 14 and 17 points given up by our D.   What MVP race???

I think we need to slow down.  Chest is puffed out after 20 points vs the great AZ defense.  17 games, then we see how these running QBs fair in the playoffs... or if we beat a 9 win or better team with their starting QB.  Perhaps Minnesota ends up being that win so far?  Who knows?  3 months of regular season still left.   Cold weather ball at the end too.  Slow your roll... a little.   Reality might not be that pretty in a weeks time.

Mixed reactions to this game. Can understand penalties by b/u linemen. Think Slay played injured. The play calling in the 2nf half was strange. Screens were working in the 1st half, AZ adjusted in the 2nd and yet we kept trying them. AJ is better than Smith in RAC, yet AJ disappeared in the 2nd half. Was the AZ D shutting him down, was he nicked up or were we protecting him for next week? Gainwell had some good runs - did we have to feed Sanders that much? Sermon only played 3 snaps, don't remember seeing him at all. 

Didn’t feel like Sanders was involved enough. Think he only had like 7 or 8 touches before that final drive.
