As is often the case in the NFL injuries are gonna be the deciding factor.

The salary cap limits how much depth teams can have. If they get multiple injuries at the same position there's a problem.

Right now it's LT for the birds although Driscoll  is doing pretty well and Dillard should be close to returning.

Didn’t feel like Sanders was involved enough. Think he only had like 7 or 8 touches before that final drive.

Sanders finished with 15 carries

Most in the final drive. 7 carries before that with a reception also.

They ran it 12 times on an incredible march that ran 17 plays, covered 75 yards, and chewed up 7 minutes, 58 seconds of the clock before Dicker’s kick that proved to be the game-winner.

Sanders was in for 54 snaps, so blocking etc. Yes, actual carries too few.

This was our trap game, we got lucky. We have to quit drinking our own I still use the EMB's #1 Cliche, learn how to tackle and get healthy for next wk.

Speaking of health, no way Parsons is healthy with a groin. Stack him up a few times and make him strain - hurts like hell

Hurts checked in to the play to Goedert on that crucial long third downs conversion. He read the blitz coming.

At least Dicker didn't hurt the Eagles

probably showed well enough to get on with another team.

Would he be worth rostering? Maybe try and get some kind of pick out of it.

He should be the cheapest player to have. Possibly pull a sixth round pick. Getting a bidding war going and it could even balloon to a fifth round pick.

Once Elliot is back probably not.

You'd have to put him pn the 53 cuz he'd get poached off the PS

We invested in him. Decent difference to me if it was just to be a one year rental. A one year rental I would have been fine with if he wasn’t a fit. Then just move on. But he fairly quickly has proven his fit and worth. So now it just becomes an issue of amount of compensation. Both our S are ready to be paid or hit the FA market.

He's been in the league he's not a rookie,he has played against these players before. He signed up for what he signed up for and we have plenty of time left. What if(god forbid) he breaks both legs? You already paid him to babysit the mast tent? Yet you constantly bash the org for paying/making bad contracts? What the huge rush that this needs done tomorrow? we're not even 1/3 of the way through THIS contract. if he wanted more money he wouldn't be here????

You wanted to discuss Hurts while he still had two more years under contract. I don’t see why starters that are in their actual contract years can’t be considered real discussion. Choices need to be made. It’s a two way street. We have to sincerely want to sign them….but they need to be willing to reasonably want to resign here. Not sure where things stand on those fronts with either S. I’d think it clear we would want to resign both S. Or extend as it would be right now. So then it just comes down to the players. How much will they demand? Do they even wish to stay here? Does the thought of FA really entice them?

It's not a 2 way street,it's a 1 way street, either they are worth what we offer and they accept or they don't. Why do you want to go 1000 mph down a 1 way street that may have a brick wall at the end?? They are UNDER CONTRACT and I'm sure if we want to keep them they will get an offer, but what's the point until we decide Hurts fate? Alot of players may sign IF we sign Hurts to a long term deal simply because we have play off team potential and they would take less to be on a team like that. It's not the first time that has happened and won't be the last.

How could we not have a clue what Hurts is worth? Lookup Kyler Murray contract. He going to at least get that.

IDK what if he gets knocked out for the season next week? He runs alot and we saw what it did to Wentz, yet you complain about dead money, bad contracts but want to rush right in and do them again

Most rushing TDs by a QB ever in their first 25 starts.

Ball hogging again. IDK why we pay RB's at all, get a couple HUGE scrub FB's to push on Hurts back and get him over the GL. Sanders saying basically this is the year I shine will NOT happen because Hurts is a GL ball hog

Because we have a ball hogging QB

Yes after 1 fill in game SIGN SIGN SIGN!!!! He could earn a job somewhere. Like I said, we shoulda traded him to AZ right then after their guy shanked, since he was already there. Pay for the flight home LOL. Need to see him nailing 60 yarders first? NO NO SIGN SIGN SIGN!!!

Panthers fired their HC

He had 8 carries the final drive?

The OL is the best unit in football...the pass blocking may suffer with the backups, but they can all run block.   The clock management so far under Siri has been excellent.

With the defense we have now, clock management is key.  We have a QB who is excellent at running and throwing short passes... the coach is smart using all these things to limit the opponent's opportunities by managing the clock.

Some people need 40 points, I'm more of a guy that likes his team to control the game and put the opponent in a tough spot.  Win the games you should by not beating yourself. Siri has been excellent so far.... with last year's Giants game the one exception.

Amazing he actually played QB.

Next Gen stat of the game: Jalen Hurts averaged 3.8 air yards per attempt (second-lowest in career -- minimum five attempts) and threw a quick pass on 63.9% of attempts. Hurts went 12-of-13 for 70 yards on screen passes, making him the only player since route recognition began in 2018 to have more than 10 screen attempts in a game.     From NFL.com

Maybe I can be an NFL QB cause I can throw the FULL 4 yards

What's the O/U on how many free cheesesteaks Dicker will be eating this week?

I mean, he is MVP now for doing the simple thing.   Ham said, " he recognized blitz and called a hot route"  QB 101...  Goedert made the play breaking the tackle.

Dude has 25 NFL starts... year 3... why is it shocking  that he can audible when he sees a blitz? How low is the bar for this guy?

The Eagles were the better team... I have no issue with Hurts doing the simple things to win this game. He didn't need to be MVP.     But I'm also not paying him $50 mil to do what he did yesterday.    That's not the win thr makes him worth $50 mil... we haven't seen that one yet. 17 games and playoffs.  Then we see it all.
