Six mil per is my call. He can’t make Maddox money.

He hasn’t made much money I don’t believe yet though. So look out for him with real nice signing bonus.

Gardner-Johnson likely gone. He left Saints to get rich. They likely offered him around Maddox slot money. 8 mil

Saw him fit week one after no TC. So it was easy to see you wanted to resign him…before he did all this. Top interception guy. Missed tackles bad though.

FA should be great for him. We don’t enter that bidding war. 16 mil per. Which is fantastic for our top comp pick.

TJ we gotta sign. Tough to place his value. He hasn’t made much money yet. So he can’t not go for a nice big contract.

What is the read on his cost to keep?

He’s our D leader with dot on helmet calling plays. Getting things communicated between DC and players.

  • Author

Over the Cap has TJ market value as 14.6 mil

Ouch

We broke the bank to pay him 2 mil this season

Kazir White they have at 8 mil per evaluation

  • Author

Hard to say how accurate these market value prediction numbers are. But seem fairly close really.

I don’t see White as worth that long term

Find it real hard to envision Rosie paying Edwards that kind of dough also.

Bradberry they have evaluated as 18 mil per. So he’s gone. We definitely stroked him a check playing in this D for a year.

Top comp pick

Seumalo they have at 7.5 mil per. He’s a hard one to judge. But I could see that. We aren’t paying it and moving forward with him for that though.

Decent comp pick

Opeta has been that guy No Mas made fun of. You know that third string development guy. But he’s coming into his own.

Over the cap says he’s garbage in the market.

  • Author

Opeta is a legit starter. So at 700k no brainer to keep. I value him much higher. Obviously saying he’s starter level material. He’s real strong and got a great grip.

Of coarse it would be tricky to low ball him like that a name him starter going into camp.

Lane is getting older. Talking about retirement. That’s never good sign. Especially when he’s acknowledged suffering depression or mental health issues.

So it seems like we need to draft a RT. But we wish to start him at RG. Learn next to the big fella

Driscoll is ideal Jack of all trades backup guy.

Looked better earlier in his career than this year.

That way you have vet pros that have experience in position. Rook will have to earn it. Always good on plenty of levels.

Miles Sanders they have at 7.5 mil per

  • Author

Elliott for cowboys signed at 15 mil per

  • Author

I think with Sanders if he keeps this up I could see paying him a bit more than that figure.

Just seemed like from day one with Siri he’s was planning on other directions.

Who are you talking to?

Samuel and McLauren are not the guys you want running free underneath either….like FL suggests. Those two will really test our tackling prowess.

Who said to let them "run free"????? ANY WR will hurt you if you let them "run free"

Yes I said this eons ago

Yet you don't want to pay anyone. GL there

No idea?

All  I know.. whoever we would have drafted with our 3rd first round draft pick in 2022m.. would have been the best rookie of all time in the NFL.  Regardless of if he would have been a backup.

Let's be honest ...Howie F#$$Ed up trading with the Saints.  It's so obvious.  We just need that rookie and the Saints picking late 20s next year...just a bad trade that every export doesn't like from an Eagles standpoint.

You can't just sign and make trades for good veteran players.

Rookies are the key to win now.  You need to draft that rookie safety,  way more important than making that trade for the guy from New Orleans that is making big plays every week.
