Lane Johnson hurt an abdominal muscle

Sipposs was rated 32nd P

28th in net yards at 39.6.... another 1.8 yards and he would be tied for 14th ... I mean  those 44 punts could have only netted 76 more yards... and maybe we could be undefeated.   It's so frustrating not getting that extra 5 feet.  Can't win a SB with that.   Pay Sanders and we can draft a punter round 2.

25th in average... 28th in net... trying to figure out how you would rate that 32nd for a punter?   Are they taking into consideration air pressure or altitude.    Not too complicated of a job?

. It’s also not like Siposs was doing an amazing job; he ranks 32nd out of 35 punters graded by Pro Football Focus.

Our RB committee was Sanders for 144 yards. Scott for 33. Think Scott and Gainwell each haven’t reached200 yards yet. Sorry to blow the idea out of the water…but there is no committee. It’s Sanders and friends out of the backfield.

Right....how does PFF make it complicated to where you just don't look at the yards?     I'm curious how something simple can be made into E= MC2???

Like I kick a ball 45 yards you kick it 44.  But I have a worse rating with PFF???  Doesn't make sense does it?

How many snaps would you consider a RB ...not in a committee?   Or should I say the bell cow?

If a RB plays less than 60% of the snaps and comes out on key downs..  would you consider him " special " or elite?

Sanders is the least guy who plays on early downs,he is going to get the bulk of the carries and yards.    Next year someone else will be in that role.

So much bad football in the NFL this year..   it's hilarious even the thought of an Eagles fan complaining.   So much slop play.

Lots of really pathetic offenses. Bad reffing too

Clearly I’ve been very set on it needs to be top ten. I’m not so sure a top ten is actually locked In at this point like some have been stating.

Why? No guarantees no matter whar.

Oh my gosh, we are arguing over the Punter again. Mercy!

What if it's pick 11? That's a HUGE Gaping abyss we can't crawl out of between 10 and 11, although there are super studs in round 2 🤣

You know Pedey is plenty familiar with them

But Pedey doesnt play. I dont think the players are good enough….UNFORTUNATELY.
You hate the Giants. I ABSOLUTELY HATE, DETEST, LOATHE the cowpies!

Yeah. I don’t get the stress about it. Hell, the Eagles blew pick 13 or whatever it was and the Vikes took Jefferson AFTER that. Just no guarantees. Relax my man. Let’s enjoy THIS season and not focus on who the Aints beat or dont beat and what NUMBER their pick ends up being.

I'm personally enjoying every bit of it.  We have a very efficient team that really should be undefeated if either one of the fluke turnovers don't happen vs Washington.   I mean 13 weeks of football only 2 games came down to one possession,  otherwise we had each game on lockdown.

Then the cherry on top with the Saints... it's fantastic!

Watch the rest of the league... mostly horrible football.  No complaints here.

Pick some games for your office pool

Colts at Minnesota

Arizona at Denver

Raiders vs Patriots

Panthers vs Steelers

Atlanta at Saints

Jacksonville vs Dallas.

Pick those games.. while giving the Saints the win.   For every game you Pick the team on the right,  that's how far the draft pick drops from 5 ...obviously with a Saints win ( which has been my point, very key game vs a scrub team making his first NFL start on the road)

Btw...the other 5 win teams.   Green Bay plays the Rams

But Cleveland plays Baltimore.... before playing the Saints the next week.

You see now how in 2 weeks the pick can jump ...all the way to 14.

Joe, this is not the playoffs. Head to head does not come into play here. If Atlanta wins only 5 games, then they will have no worse than the 7th pick in the draft. All other teams with a possible 5 win season would have a harder Schedule so they would pick later than the Saints. Atlanta does not matter, except that they may end up with the same record. That would pus Atlanta ahead. But if we beat Atlanta, then that would mean NO would beat Carolina so they would end up with 6 wins. Raiders, Steelers and Browns do not matter because their strength of schedule is harder than the Saints.

Also, if either Arizona or Rams end up with 5 wins that would make the pick better as they also have a harder schedule. SO No could be as low as 5

OK, so I looked at the schedule and the highest the NO pick can be is 6, not 7 as I said above should they only win 5 games. Both the Cardinals and Rams play the Broncos. So 1 of the three will have to pick after the Saints.

Stine....the tiebreaker for draft picks is the strength of schedule.   Go to Tankathon.com... you will see everything.  I think you need to look at everything again.

Ok...so here are the correct #s.

Saints right now have a SOS of .502. With the Eagles on the schedule that's going to jump a little.

With a 5th win over ATL this week.  Can put them ahead of AZ and Indy who also have 4 wins.

The remaining teams at 5 wins have this SOS

Raiders = .443

Carolina. .446

ATL ... .450

Jax ... .498

That can put the pick down to 11 if they beat ATL.   Very easily as most of these teams are underdogs this week.  I'm sure one team or two teams might win. The point,  the pick can very easily drop this week with a Saints win.

Then the following week if they beat Cleveland it could drop down to 14.

The point is simple... Saints suck.  So does ATL and Cleveland... these games matter and wins by the Saints can really drop the pick.

Btw... Rams have a .498 SOS...and a remaining. 423.   No shot if it's a tie would the Saints pick before them.

Watching NFL football this year... so many bad teams.   No way you can watch and feel confident about the outcome of any of these games between 2 awful teams.

I personally don't even think Minnesota and the Giants are that good.  Both teams with a lot of luck early in the season.  Tennessee really hasn't beaten anyone good either.  Drop off from Eagles, 49ers, Chiefs and Bills... is pretty huge...maybe Cincy and Dallas only a little behind..but it's a bad year for NFL football.   We are lucky to be Eagles fans this year.

Makes fantasy a crapshoot too. I have a terrific team. Some weeks the "studs" are on vacay. This week was another killer led by Carr with 1 point(lol) Dalvin Cook-3 pts I think and a flock of WR's who underperformed

OK, so I was incorrect about Jacksonville and Raiders. But that does not put the pick down to 11. Only to 9 at worse assuming they only win one more. Stop with Atlanta. If they only win 1 more and that is Atlanta then Atlanta picks before them. But then Carolina would pick after them. Same goes if they beat Carolina but Atlanta beats them. The Carolina would pick before and Atlanta after. In any case worse case scenario would be pick 9

Teams picking before them: Raiders, Jacksonville, Houston, Denver, Arizona, Rams, Either Atlanta or Carolina (not both) and Indy. That makes 9, not 11. IT may change a bit should the SOS change between teams. We do have 4 remaining weeks.

Stine... you can't stop with ATL... that's who the Saints play this week.   I'm not looking at 4 games here...I'm simply stating CORRECTLY..  that the pick can drop to 11 THIS WEEK.

Why is it hard to comprehend?   They all have 5 wins or less this week... the Saints would be in the 11th spot. Behind all the 4 win teams ( 6 of them) and  Raiders, Carolina,  ATL and Jax...who could stay at 5 wins but have lower SOS.

Why I'd hard to see simple math right in front of you?     THIS week...it could drop to 11.   Next Tuesday it could show as pick 11.   That's it...nothing about anything else.
