Ebukam I’m not as familiar with

Bosa had the best season of any defender. If you aren’t biased like me towards Reddick

  • Author

You all have heard me rave about Fred Warner. We saw it first hand just last season. Guy was clearly the best player on the field.

Everywhere

Don’t even know what to do about him

  • Author

Greenlaw has stepped up and playing really well. I didn’t think as high of him as been showing.

  • Author

I’m really not sure how the matchup will work with their Secondary

Ward I think very highly of

They improved their S

  • Author

How do you think they play us in coverage?

Ward took on Metcalf against Seattle right?

  • Author

We’ve been pretty good against TE this season

Kittle is a different beast however

Not sure how we play that

  • Author

They play big physical ball. So small DBs is problematic if they get caught against the rush

I haven’t seen Niners really have much deep balls

  • Author

So I’d assume we have the S not too deep

  • Author

Quinn whom I respect, focused on doubling Deebo Samuel. Cowboys did really well on D

But our corners you’d think are better.

Does Slay or Bradbury need help?

  • Author

You wouldn’t ever really think so

  • Author

Problem with those matching up with Deebo is his power.

  • Author

I don’t see him running away from them so much. But he dominates by when they just get the ball in his hands.

Anything short then he goes for the YAC

  • Author

That’s what I see as the main issue. Our DBs and even S will struggle bringing him down

Gotta rally to tackle him

Aiyuk is the speedster. Usually a slot guy.

  • Author

You all probably remember him from the Reagor/Jefferson draft

He was one of those six WR I was targeting with my move back scenario

I keep talking about our top Oline…and how I don’t think they bring us the advantage in the trenches against the Niners.

How does everyone feel about that matchup?

I feel good about it. The Eagle's OL can clear the lanes like dozers.

If we didn't have the OL we have now we'd be screwed.

I like your confidence

Niners have been the only road block I’ve really seen in our conference pretty much the whole time

Obviously I’ve been saying I think we lose the matchup in the trenches by our Oline. I’m not relying on that as favorable

  • Author

Think we have that on them as well. Our Dline should rock their Oline

But McCaffrey I really respect

  • Author

We seem to rely on personnel to win versus the pass or run

Think it’s fairly obvious to the Niners and especially Shannahan

I’ve stated many times my respect for him as one of the top O minds

I’m not sure how much Gannon and Shannahan have faced off. How well they know each other.

Gannon has been running what many consider one of the most prominent schemes in the league nowadays.

9ers play some 3 TE sets as well.

See jerruh saying McCarthy stays, which means absolutely nothing

I hope Dak AND McCarthy stay

Don't know if Dak will ever get there. By now his processing should be better and it seems he misses seeing a lot of what's happening on the field.

As for McCarthy, he's like what AR was for us - got us there but never take it. Actually worse as he hasn't made it to the big one and doesn't look like he ever will except maybe in jerruhs' eyes.
