That's one example of how one hire can multiply.    If you look at the league...32 teams.. their were 3 coordinators ( 5 if you count head coaches Belicheck and Shanahan as their own coordinator) ....3 other guys who were there before 2020.

Simple fact,the league is built on promotion.  It's why we live in America not a communist country.  

Teams actually ask for permission... it never gets denied because nobody wants the reputation for holding people back.   It's common sense.

It's amazing how all these issues that have been going on forever,  all of a sudden come up because it effects your team.  But the success of the league is more important than one team.

What came up was racist policy where white people are not vauled because they don't come with a free pick.It's not hard to understand which was the initial premise and ai stated my opinion on the other items 4 times and i'm tired of talking about iot because YOU will NOT change mu opinion. Rules for white and different ruled for minorities is RACIST. Now all teams will be finding reasons to boot out white guys,so they can grab minority players for a chance at a comp pick which cannot be done if you hire whites./ In a few years there will be no more white guys on anyones staff. Sorry,that is racist. Meddling with SB teams before the SB is over should NOT happen either. If I like GFannon and he likes us,I should be able to sign him for 3 years not 1,and not everyone in the league will get old in 3 years. If he sucks in those 3 years the team can fire them and he's free to go.If we like him and hes going a good job hold him to the 3 year with some added bonus money in year 2 and 3. Only other option would be to institute the same rules for whites as far as comp picks. Their way is racist

Wow been awhile since I posted on here lol. Lets see 

OC- do like that we promoted Johnson our QB coach was a hot name in the college ranks before taking our QB coach job excited to see what he can do.

QB coach- do we have one??? Or is Johnson doing both?

DC- Desai or whatever can’t say I’m overly thrilled with the hire but he definitely going to have more talent to work with here then he did in Chicago his last stint as a DC 

Other random thoughts.

Siri- this is a huge off-season for him we are the first team in like 15 years to be a SB team and lose  both coordinators. How well does he refill his staff? Look at previous post to see my early thoughts.

Hurts- he played well we should be looking to pay him. Definitely seems like FO would rather get a deal done early. Have to wonder if Hurts will bet on himself though and play out his rookie deal. 
 

Sanders- think you let him walk in FA just can’t see us paying him great season but i think we could draft a guy pair him with Gains and get similar production. 
 

WRs- heard we had Quez on the block makes sense should definitely want an upgrade at WR3  again draft makes sense 

CB- be curious what we do here Dinah’s we don’t get Bradberry back though I’d be happy to see him return my guess he follows Gannon to AZ. Would we go and spend a high draft pick on a CB? Do we have any in house options. 
 

DT- wasn’t Fletch on a 1 year deal? Hargrave likely gone as well I know we have young guys but this group could look drastically different 

Another note on the new DC hire we could be out our CB coach as well sounds like Siri is unsure if he will want to return after getting passed up. Would be a huge loss for us did a fantastic job with our guys.

Yeah,but out BIG advantage in the game was our D pass rush and we got exactly ZERO sacks because with the footing they could not get there. Our O like could have handled their D line but we lost a key advantage

Well as of now we have only 4 picks and 2-7's, chances of finding contributors in 7 is slim. We don't know what Lane will do,but believe Jurgens would be ready to take over for Kelce. We're going to lose more players than we can replace,so every pick of those 4 has to count. Weak S class this year,so re-signing CJG is a top priority. Could see a RB in 3. Wr would have to come from FA I would think. Losing both Quez and pascal saves enough to bring in another good slot guy. My mock is ROT,DT/edge,CB,RB in that order. The first 2 can play 2 positions and do them well,so they are twofers

IDK i like Spears in round 4 at RB. he would fit perfect in the rotation. That being said I found a round 7 RB(maybe UDFA even) in Chris Brooks(BYU) Kid runs tough. Not stylish,1 cut and run,but with our Oline I feel he could contribute right away even as he learns his craft. We're going to need a #2 QB as well. I know nothing about Book but it would be nice if we didn't have to go out and pay 1. I was asking to see Book play in garbage time last year,but they never let him,so as a fan I have zero clue if he can be the 2. We have alot of "issues" with the number of player losses we will have. I would like to keep CJG and we could maybe afford 1 other.

Anyway DeSai starts behind the 8 ball. Combine starts tomorrow,so he has 1 day to get settled,organized,meet his scouts and figure out which players fit here the best in the draft and put a bug in Siri's ear and/or trust his scouting dept which he will have known for 24 hours

Minority doesn't come with a free pick either...  you keep missing this point.  You don't get a comp pick just for hiring a Minority.

Yes you do if he moves on to be a HC. If you hire a white guy,you have no shot at a comp pick,therefore that is racist, and I'm DONE talking about it
