He was the best player in the game. If our D did anything we win. Mahomes wasn’t even at his fastest mobility.

If Hurts didn't drop a free 7 we also win

As they said yesterday,  Howie is a Hurts fumble away from 2 rings which would give him one up on Mahomes

LMAO Ham posted like 15 pages in 10 hours. It's so bad at the bottom the first comment is back farther than the arrow goes HAHAHA. I think he's gunning for "most posts" on here

I see it as Hurts did take less. Big fake number to make him the highest paid. Even doing that ….he did first before these other QBs cashed in. Already been out done.

Hurts was due 4 million this year...  Jackson was due 32 million.

Did Hurts really take less?

Do the math.

Hurts got paid.  That's a separate issue in how the contract was constructed to help the team.  Two different things.

But Hurts absolutely did NOT take less...wake up to reality.

I'm done trying to explain numbers to you

I just gave you the numbers right there...and you still see it your way,

Why are you like that.  Facts right there and you still argue?   Why... it's impossible to have an educated conversation with someone that refuses to see facts.

" I was under the impression...this is how I see it"

Dude...facts forget your fictional movie point of view ot what you think.  Facts and real numbers are what matter.

The arrogance that comes from your posts thinking you know more about $$ aspects than the people whose job it is representing both the players and the teams is just incredible.

You are the best college scout, play caller and money guy all in one.   That's just great.

Joel Corry pegs the exclusive QB tag at $45.25MM.

I can't read all the stupidity... bad enough for me I still try to explain contracts to him.  Lost cause , he sees things his way regardless of the facts of the numbers.

You are set to make 4 dollars.... but I pay you $259 ...giving you a 255 new $

Your neighbor is set to make  32 dollars... I give him 260.  It's 228 more.

Who you think made out better?

Shouldn't be tough concept?

How the contract is structured means everything

I understand there were other miscues and shady reffing/bad field(although we led at the 1/2 on that same crap field),still Ham refuses to admit Hurts did partake in the loss. And I find it comical.

Yeah if the guy that did everything was a a step beyond the fantastic game he did have maybe we could have won. How about have the Oline block his guy? Then he can’t come straight in on Hurts to cause the issue…and clearly can’t scoop and score. But nope….just blame Hurts. Everything bad is his fault. Everything good is because of his teammates. The fumble wasn’t good. Hurts needs to hold on to the ball. But can’t just ignore Seumalo screwing up two straight plays for that to have any chance to occur also.

Seumalo was in control of Hurts hands? OK,well if that's the case I stand corrected because I wasn't aware of that

There’s never been a performance like it.

Literally.

Jalen Hurts did things Sunday that no human has ever done in an NFL game.

Let’s take a look at some of Hurts’ remarkable statistical achievements in Super Bowl LVII in our final 2022 edition of Roob’s Eagles Stats.

1. Hurts became the first player in NFL history to throw for 300 yards, run for 70 yards, complete 70 percent of his passes and rush for three touchdowns – in any game, regular season, postseason or Super Bowl.

Definitely blame the loss on this guy. He stunk up the SB!

SO I guess that's why we lost Seu because someone better needed to be in control of Hurts hands. Now it all makes sense

Anyone think the franchise tag will jump from 32 mil to 50 mil next year?

Anyone fail to see the logic in how that doesn't make sense?

Joel Corry predicts over 45 mil….if you don’t prefer just my opinion.

I didn’t say 50 mil. I said closer to 50 mil

Lol... nobody is going to give the " exclusive " franchise tag???   Lamar was 32 mil.

Why would the Eagles give the " exclusive tag" to Hurts?

Just silly.    Real world vs movie

Yes the structure is the whole contract... Hurts is getting paid.   Huge raise this year to start... higher than the tag next year...and never make up the difference...

If he performs will get his raise in 2026.  Big time $$$ in his pocket.   Cap hit is a different thing.

If he did less "remarkable statistical achievements" and didn't make the drop we win!!

Point blank question -Yes or No . Did Hurts contribute to the SB loss?

To the team... the player ... NEW cash in the pocket ....and guarantees are what matters.  Hurts got paid...more so than Lamar with new cash.  And guarantee when you realize the tag was guaranteed.

Your fluff # is exactly what Lamar is showing.  He doesn't have the agent to explain it.  Hurts agent did an excellent job.

Seumalo was responsible for Bolton. How do they get that easy 7 again now if Bolton was blocked?

How to the get they ball if it's not dropped on the turf?

Again....read the article. The number you are giving... is the 2023 "exclusive tag"   ...he isn't predicting it for next year.. it's what it is now.

Wow ...no wonder why it's like talking to a wall with you.

Too bad he could only carry the team all by himself to 35 points. Of course if the D got that final stop…does anybody doubt Hurts comes down and scores? Anybody? Anybody? Bueller?

Ok... next year when we see the " non exclusive " tag.....which is the one teams use... we can discuss.

You know it all ...hard to discuss reality with people so humble.
