When you see a video like this and look at this guy's site ...you see a team up against the cap pay a guy $34 million per ( Bosa) ...then you wouldn't question whether a team with $60 mil of cap space would extend their guy that is much cheaper ( Reddick )

Especially where he shows how the cap hit goes down year 1 after the extension. 

Knowledge is power. This I like to see... you guys like to watch Appalachian Tech State and scout the future 5th string WRs... everyone has their thing.   It's all part of being a fan.   As long as the Eagles have guy's that do both well... we should be in good shape.

Well,it's nice to have a mix of all aspects. Not a contract guy,but I know it's complex and keeps getting worse. Amazing to me that Howie can not only work the accounting box,but also the success he has had in the last few drafts.He is earning his paycheck and Lurie did well by hiring him. Despite Hams lame accusation ,I am not really a stat guy. As you said,I tend to look more at college stat numbers than you for draft purposes.I watch the combine and whatever pro days I can to look for guys that fit here. So we have people with various skills on here and that's a good thing to me. I'm much better with offense players than D,but am learning things,so not too old to do that yet. I'm glad you work the contract aspect,some I still don't "get" but I will in time.

I'm good once the players become pros... lol.   I've done well in my dynasty fantasy league...I usually pay attention to what you guys say for the obscure guys to draft. 

Btw... I am fine with looking at college film...to decide who you want to bring in.  My point was once you get them here and see them in camp...in person...vs real pros.  That the decision of who to keep now is not based on college film.  You base it off of what you see now.

I mean...let's say it's between you and another guy.  He was better than you 2 years ago when you were in college..  but you have been kicking his arse all camp.    You think the team should select the other guy?

I try to look at guys who can transition. Not all are successful. College skills are just an indicator. The NFL is alot faster and more complex,some can adjust others get left in the dust heap. I'm looking at Jerimiah Trotter jr for us. Howie would need to buck history and probably need to trade up AFTER we WIN the SB and pick at 32 LOL. I just bought a bottle of "Eagles" kelly green bottle of champagne I will open that day we win 😁. I'm also in on  Marvin Harrison jr,the WR from OSU,but we don't need him. Still he will be great for another team,I just hope it's not in our division

False,they get paid based on the money they generate and that is NOT CLOSE. If you divide it up women actually get paid more for what they bring in than the men(per person). To "even it out" is what they do under socialist rule

Cal, BC, Rutgers, Army, Virginia Tech, Akron, Miami, Syracuse,  West Virginia.
