Really getting tired of the Philly fans Treatment from the Media. Last night Atlanta threw garbage on the field after a controversial call. Probably wrong and went the Phillies way for a change. Afterwards a media guy made the comment "The Phillie fans should feel right at home from this..." This is the second time in 9 years Atlanta Brave fans tossed garbage on the field. The last time was during a wild card play-off game in which the game was halted for 25 minutes to clean up the field. There has never been an incident at Citizen Bank park since it was opened in 2004. 76ER games have never had an incident. Flyers fans had one years ago... Sure there are some Eagles fans I can do without but just go to other football stadiums and you will see the same crap there. It is just not talked about. This is getting old and these media people need to get an education....

Seahawks fans were the worst I have experienced. I have been to Phoenix (10xs), Oakland (2xs), San Diego, San Francisco (3xs), Minnesota, Dallas, Houston, Seattle (2xs), Pittsburgh, Miami, Los Angeles, Tampa, and Atlanta.

Oakland fans were tough but Seahawks fans were aholes! I’ve been to the linc three times now and the fans were pleasant...yes, some duechebag, drunk fans like everywhere, but not as bad as Seattle or Oakland. And there are TONS of Seahawk fans that live here in Boise. I sure hope the ones that live here are not the ahole fans I met.

Minnesota fans were the best....friendliest. I did meet plenty of idiot Eagle fans at the away games, but lots of cool ones too. Pittsburgh fans (wife and brother included) were just annoying with their stupid terrible towels. Houston fans....hilarious. Eagles won the game I went to there and as we were all leaving we chanted "Dallas SUCKS!” It was awesome!

how many players DO WE PICK? 10 OR 15?

I honestly do not recall.  I know it had changed from one year to the next.  And I am guessing this isn't the official contest thread, just OC notifying us he plans to run it again.  And since you expressed interest ...

2 weeks to go! The closer we get, the more I think it's Waddle/BPA WR, even tho we've spent a LOT of capitol in that area and it's still not good. The "braintrust" ( small letters ) of Lurie and HR listening little to coaches & scouts. They want to save face and for Hurts to succeed. Not necessarily my pick but not a bad one. Trying to get into the heads of those 2 is not a place I want to go.

Howie will probably try to compensate for missing on Jefferson last year and overdrafting Marshall at 12.  God I hate the fact that he is the one calling the shots with all of these high picks we have the next 2 years.  I fear it is going to be nothing more than a waste of all of those precious picks.  Well, maybe he'll hit on one.

Drafting Marshall at 12 is an overkill. IF he does that without trading down, he will have not done his homework. Saying that, Howie has over reached many times before in the draft, so I can see that happening again.

Oh he'll come out looking good as it's pretty hard to miss at 12. He'll blow it in the meat of the draft but Lurie will not notice seeing how well HR did on the can't miss prospect.

I believe a true shut down CB is harder to find than WR - good WR's are avail just about every yr. Real lice scouts know that and which ones NOT to pass over.

Definitely agree.  I think there's a good chance we could get Marshall at 37.  He seems to be a late 1st to early 2nd rd prospect.  But knowing Howie ... <_<

Marshall will not be there at 37. If Howie want him, he either needs to trade back in round 1 or trade down from 37 to around 28-29.....

2 weeks more of this!  Ugh......

Gut feeling says that first pick comes down to either DE, CB, or WR.  If Horn and Surtain are both gone (I would not think that likely but you never know how these things go ... Dallas picking 2 spots ahead of us could throw a monkey wrench into Howie's plans) then I'd say it will be one of the other 2 positions.  I know they want to build around Hurts but do they really want to go WR in the 1st back to back drafts?  So that likely means overdrafting Paye or Ojulari (unless he finds a trade partner to move down again).

I do not consider Paye reaching at 12. Heck, he could be gone before the Eagles pick....... If he is there along with Horn, I could easily see the Eagles picking him instead...

One thing we should consider is that what some of these so called experts think is most likely entirely different than most NFL Clubs. What they show as a 2nd round pick could very well be a mid first rounder on many NFL boards. These NFL clubs have hundreds of scouts looking under every rock for players.... Of course then we have Howie Roseman's Special Board. This is different than all other boards, because he is smarter than everyone else... LMAO!

Try outsmarting yourself, to the point of being ludicrous. Eliminate LB's, then eliminate all the players people think we should take. What's left is your/Howie's pick. if there are 2 ,select the one that is most over hyped 🙄 😆

I like Marshall, could be he is already penciled in at 37, then there are guys like Onwuzrike (DL) there also and some still nice CB's (possible newsome falle to us)

Would make sense to trade back a bit in 1 and move up in 2 and pick up a 4th to secure Marshall. Round 1/2 will be a series of chess matches for positioning. Some players will drop due to the opt out since there is no late film on them. All you can do is go by the sometimes skewed pro days

Welp, they missed last year(of course it's hard to know what you drafted with the crap team we put on the field).so you decide. Deep class. I suspect we take 2 WR's One should be early. Right now I have Horn, Onwuzurike(DL), Wallace(WR) And Turner(edge) as my first 4

Adam Caplan made an interesting point this morning in that he is hearing that the Eagles and Siriani want an offense that stresses getting the ball out early to receivers who would then generate a lot of YAC. That would be a system that really fits Reagor and Watkins, and which would be a good fit for Waddle or Rondale Moore, but which doesn't really fit Hightower, Fulgham or receivers like Marshall or Bateman. A real key to this offense would be having a vertical slot like Waddle.

It will be interesting to see if we just take any receiver who is there (analytics baby) or if we actually try to draft to develop an identity on offense. After the draft could have a lot of pieces already in place (Reagor at the Z, Watkins at the X, Waddle or Moore at the Y) for an offense that sounds like what the team wants. Or we could simply add another random wr to the room and try to make it work by fitting round pegs in square holes.

I have my Mach 10 already picked out. I will probably change a few for the one T2R told me about earlier to give me a better shot of hitting on one of them lol
