He doesn’t even look Maclin fast. Hopefully he can continue to show improvement with his route running.

He threw 7 balls, missed some reads, made some good ones, made a very nice completion, missed a big one, and ultimately didn't do much of anything really good or really bad.

That's a good play by McPhearson. They let that go all the time.

He also didn’t complete a pass to anyone besides TE’s. I’d say it was a par outing, but I would be interested to see how the rest of the game went once the scripted plays were done and the D adjusted.

Howie kind of lucked himself into Watkins though. They were down to Hightower or Watkins and went with Hightower, only decided to double dip the next round because Watkins was still there.

Watkins made his case to be the starting Z WR.  

Milton Williams, still with a long ways to go, made a case to be a rookie with a meaningful rotational role, rather than a rookie who barely plays and just gets coached up all year.  

I think it's time for Reagor to get comfortable in the slot.
