Has there been a year that Barnett hasn't had a shoulder issue?  Seems like he's always nursing something.

Just some random comments for people who didn't watch the game and have no intention to do so. I find myself being more annoyed at the result of the game than I probably should. It's ridiculous t

Fair point.  When I say hate, I mean as our QB, not in real life.  I don't care what they do in their personal life but if I was rating him on that, yes, he is a good dude.

Yup. I don't even really hate wentz the player either, but I did lose a lot of respect. Would never have guessed the guy that threw a TD pass on a shredded knee would turn into a quitter. We won't know for years, if ever, why he actually wanted out but the fact he wanted out at all is enough.

I wish they would just send this dude somewhere else because you're right, it is always something with him. Not to mention he's painfully average and an absolute bone head who has no discipline.

He's injured?

Thanks everyone, you peeps are pretty awesome humans.  Exceptionally mediocre as I like to say at work.

I aim for mediocre.  Hearing that I've met mediocrity at such a high level is absolutely fantastic news!

Yea, apparently not bad but still it always seems to pop up.

Sorry the subject did not measure up for you. It’s the most important position in sports and worth pursuing.

Yup that’s the reason why i said it. It’s called a joke. Also I’d love to know if there’s actually someone out thats considered a punter guru developer.

I got thinking about this last night too, would be monumental for team going forward but obviously very unlikely.

in the hypothetical that does come true, those 3 first round picks id hope Eagles could target OL/DL/DB.

For the love of the football gods.  The last time the Eagles drafted on strictly a need basis, we got Danny Watkins, fireman supreme.  BPA!  BPA factors in need but also avoids over drafting for need. Learn from past sins.

He was pretty good looking at his stats. And 2x all pro. So definitely. His first half of his career i was super young.

frankly I really hope a game used eagles sav rocca jersey pops up. I’m gonna buy it then rock it at an eagles game.

Exceptionally mediocre sounds like the basis for a country song. (Apologies to Steve Goodman)..

Well, I was drunk the day my mom got out of prison
And I went to pick her up in the rain
But before I could get my exceptionally mediocre ass to the station in my pickup truck
She got run over by a damned old train

My mom used to give us 2 M&Ms as 'boo boo' pills.  Made the pain go away immediately.

With Avery and Ostman possibly out, I am excited to see Johnson play some SAM with other than the third string.

I should definitely try that.

I don't think it really matters who is out there at SAM since, based on what we saw with the Steelers, the scheme in the preseason will be so vanilla that we won't be able to learn much about what the players at that position can actually do besides drop into coverage.

And with Kerrigan on the roster, I doubt we see much of Avery, Ostman or Johnson even if they make the team.

I’m not a huge baseball fan but is Shohei Ohtani the best player in the MLB ever, from a season to season standpoint?

Yes. He hit #40 tonight and almost pulled off a CG with 8 strikeouts and no walks
