No, he's not at that stage of Eagle WR draft pick development.  Smith is still at the bad/late throw stage.  The taking snaps in the slot and everything is a drop phase doesn't come until at least next year.

Lurie at least in the past seemed like a nice good guy who cared and wanted to win while not directly interfering (how true that was now has to be reconsidered).  Since they won the SB they have become infected with arrogance and that they think they know better than coaches/scouts/etc. 

Tonight is more frustrating than alarming.  We aren't seeing definitive problems here.  We are just seeing the organizational philosophy that the PS is meaningless.

That's a head scratcher for a 4 win team with numerous young players adjusting to big roles, especially given their noted brief and less-physical practices.  

But no one can hide when the curtain goes up week 1.  I'm not sure how they expect Hurts to play 4 quarters and throw 30 passes, or if the plan is to just run, scramble, and dink/dunk until he leans to do the job on the job.

1 target to any of Devonta, Quez, or Reagor. I know they don't care about this game, but what exactly are you giving away throwing the ball to a Fing WR?
