August 24, 20214 yr Maybe on Sundays we can just have intense 1.5 hour practices, but no tacking or hard hitting of course, against the other team instead of an actual game. Because, everyone knows that's actually the most important aspect of football. Gold Standard 🙌

Yeah I think the agents kind of know what they're getting into, it's not like the agents are the most honest people either. I'm sure Howie will take it as a compliment.

Cut 3 times in 9 years, undrafted, 2 catches and 20 yards per game is about as **** you can be in the NFL while still being in the NFL. thus a scrub For every Jason Croom, there's a Jimmy Smith, Keenan McCardell or Danny Amendola too. Guys beat the odds all the time. I'm not saying anything in defense of Croom at all, just that there are guys that actually become something decent after a tough road to get there.

Especially now that the teams don't even seem to care about them. understandable and prudent. The alternative would be to use a free trial of the NFL Game Pass, and watch the replay after the game. Cancel before they hit the CC.

You saw what that looked like last Thursday against the Pats in a PS game. The Eagles had a long term backup QB that didn’t get any PS snaps and they knew he was not going to be resigned. Doug told the team earlier that week that he was going to play him. They seemed to like Sudfeld and they did right by him giving him some tape so that he might get signed elsewhere. That's exactly what I've been saying. Our fans complain about how awful those guys are, yet somehow expected Hurts to play well with THAT offensive line against THAT defense (WFT) that night? It was a recipe for disaster the whole time. Obviously Hurts had a crap game that night but I'm willing to toss that one out when trying to objectively evaluate his performance last season.

I have been in many airports and for the most part they are all the same to me. Some have shorter lines for security, but those airports tend to have less seating and absolutely no food options and I am a person that likes to get to the airport early to make sure I dont miss a flight. Newark doesnt bother me as there are plenty of places to sit down and grab a drink before the flight and being from Jersey I guess I am used to the attitude. The worst airports I have been to is Miami and Nashville (You could probably get to Nashville 15 minutes before your flight and make it, but for someone like me that likes to get there early, there was no seating and no places to really sit down and eat, so it was BAF). Best airport for me was Dubai - it is just top notch all the way around. I traveled on business a lot. Top levels on United, Delta, A list Southwest. Mostly went through Newark on international travel. (Rather Acela to NYC or Newark). Either that or Dulles. Both have nice international terminals. Bad thing at Newark is the distance from the terminal, through Customs and then to connecting flights. The Air Train is a rip off. Way too expensive. I look for two main things in Airports, a place to plug in and sit the airline lounges are okay but in major airports they tend to be full to the brim. In the event I am flying later in the day, I don’t want the overpriced beers at Newark. I mean, seriously, $24 for a Sam Adams. My favorite airport is Houston’s Hobby. Unlike some of the rundown airports Southwest uses, it has been nicely renovated. Plus there is a restaurant chain in Houston run by the Pappas Group. Papadeaux for seafood, Pappas for BBQ and burgers, Pappasitos for Tex Mex. At Hobby I tend to eat at Pappasitos and have the $12 Platinum Margarita with an extra shot of Patron. Much better than the $24 Sam Adams at Newark. Pittsburgh was nice until it lost its hub status. Now it is a ghost town. Philly is way overcrowded. And it used to have practically no place to plug in. LaGuardia may have been the dirtiest airport I was ever in. Detest Reagan, also a dump. Islip is convenient for Long Island. That is all it has going for it. For all the private jets, White Plains is a joke. Hell, Pierre, SD is nicer. Maybe the weirdest airport I have flown into is Roswell (no aliens although I have been to the UFO museum there). It is a commercial airliner graveyard. Flying in there is quite a site.

I really don’t understand how Nick views joint practices over actual games Biggest thing is that the QB has to know how to deal with real games and protect himself against hits. It changes how you play when you know that you can't be touched. And a guy with such limited NFL experience doesn't fully understand the speed of the NFL game, specifically the speed of DLs.
