The fact he is not dressed tonight and not injured tells me he made this team and will not be cut. The only guys that will be cut are on the field tonight or have an asterisk next to there name on the inactives tonight.

They just went with 3 last year and picked someone up after on waivers. They have a good priority spot at 6th overall to do the same if they wanted. I honestly think they could just cut Howard and add him back to the PS or tell him to stay in shape in case they need him.

Just think he was our starting outside corner last year for a few games and some on this board actually though he was good and should be our starter this year.
