Finally seeing Awosika at G and not yet seeing the punch the beats keep mentioning.  Not sure how much more Pryor I can take.

Oh yeah completely agreed. I remember when he was drafted I thought he had the talent to win, but his situation was going to do him no favors at all. You look at that QB class in first round in 2018, all the front offices made big time/logical moves to help their young QB succeed. Minus Rosen. Darnold got no help other than the bad Bell signing. It’s why I’ve never been a critic of Darnold because he was never placed in a situation to help him succeed while in NY.

I hate game pass so much. I tried rewatching games from 2017 but they weren’t available on my Xbox, but I could watch them on my phone. Stupid app

What does that have to do with anything?  That money will free up money for 2022... which means they'd have more for 2023.  So, that money matters.

It means more 12 personnel because of Goedert and Ertz.   BTW... I'm not sure it would be 30 cents on the dollar.  He's.a free agent next year, so its a rental.  He's not what he once was.  And if he stays, in a year that this team isn't going to contend, you get more in a trade than letting him walk in free agency and hoping for a comp pick.  Next year's draft will be stacked, so getting the pick in 2022 beats waiting until 2023 as well.

As for those stats as the worst case scenario... those are meaningless to anything regarding this team moving forward.  Who cares how many yards the backup TE has... or even the starter for that matter?   The year is about getting Hurts connected to his OUTSIDE weapons, learning how to push the ball to the outside, where he struggled last year.  And getting chemistry with the likes of Smith, Reagor and Watkins.  Chemistry with Ertz is meaningless.  

There's my guy Kenny Yeboah.  He's going to be a solid pro.  Wanted him in the late rounds, Jets got him as an UDFA.

I have been impressed with Toth at OG.  Nice to see.  Opeta is really struggling with bull rushes.  I just don't see it happening with him.  Maybe he makes it to the PS with the new expanded slots.  

Driscoll at RT has looked very good too.  He might be a great backup all across the OL.

Let me preface this by saying I hope Hurts ends up being the guy.  Would he huge for the future success of the Eagles.  However, seeing him on the sidelines in street clothes all night while seeing guys like Mahomes play, all I keep thinking to myself is, is there any other starting QB in the NFL that has done less than Hurts to earn his job?

Last week was apparently sick, Eagles didn’t want to chance anything. Think field conditions factor into this game. Eagles were smart to rest most of the starters & I agree with them not playing Hurts.
