IMO, black on a lot of vehicles disguises a lot of the body lines. Some vehicles its nice. Others, it seems to take away a lot from the design of the car.

Just some random comments for people who didn't watch the game and have no intention to do so. I find myself being more annoyed at the result of the game than I probably should. It's ridiculous t

Ravens lose dobbins thats a big hit

I have a black vehicle. When I bought it there were very minor streaks on the hood. And there were some light scratches on the passenger door.

I used the Turtle Wax graphene ceramic hybrid wax on it, and it did a great job covering everything up, while simultaneously applying a graphene and ceramic coat. That stuff wasnt even formulated specifically for dark vehicles nor did it advertise that it fills in blemishes. But it did pretty well.

They do have a spray detailer for black cars. Im going to buy that soon to try out.

My mustang is a pain in the ass to keep looking good , special soap for the 2500 dollar ceramic coat job , a spray and wipe container the size of windex bottle that cost  18.00 , just a nightmare to keep looking good .

Spends more time in garage  , not a daily , I had lots of mods done to it , biggest being super charger , just shy of a 1000 HP

Black looks great for ~2 days after a wash/wax then like sh!t until the next wash/wax.

I havent had ceramic professionally done. Its very expensive, and even if it lasts years, I dont think it pays for itself.

I wash mine pretty much weekly. I have used the graphene ceramic wax (which should last about 6 months), and the car soap I use is turtle wax ceramic hybrid car wash. So there is SiO2 in the car soap. It basically reapplies a ceramic coat weekly.

That soap is like 18 dollars a bottle and I get a bunch of washes out of it. The graphene ceramic wax was 35 dollars and you get about 10 uses out of it. I wont need to buy that again for about 5 years.

I feel like I can keep my car looking clean with a great gloss and shine for many years at a  far cheaper cost than a professional ceramic job. I also think at least to the naked eye that the visual results are the same. The only difference is how long it lasts. And doing the work yourself, which I enjoy.

Why.  He had more catches than anyone on the Eagles last year.

He's been on the injury report for about 3 consecutive years.

At least we landed a SB in that time frame. Ill take it.

Agreed.  Key metric should be $$ per championship.

"With the Dolphins not inclined to bid against themselves, any trade discussion has reached an impasse.”

That quote goes back to what I said earlier today I think this came down to the dolphins and the Eagles. Watson wasn’t willing to go to the Eagles. the dolphins said to themselves why are we gonna pay a premium price to the Texans when we’re the only team that’s really in this market to make the move that he’s willing to go to. Hence why all this information got leaked today by the Texans to try and create a bigger market as the eagles are out, Denver and Carolina have indicated they are out (according to beat writers). It’s really just the dolphins

Good. Never made sense for why he would want to come here.  It's just another situation like the one he is trying to get away from.

Yup, they do have Eric Fisher coming back at some point though

Kinda sad, but if the Colts keep having injuries, that trade could look very good if Wentz is able to stay vertical.

The Colts' offense just keeps taking hits.

That pick probably got a bit higher.

TY Hilton and Ehlinger both out to begin season as well.

We can send them Dillard for their 2nd rounder.

I keep them in my garage , but you’re right , shows everything , believe it or not ceramic coat makes it worse IMO , at least it seems to with mine .

Black, after silver, is the hardest color to match after an accident because it fades in a way that is hard to match.  Keeping the cars in a garage helps. Grey is easier to keep up.  That said, I didn’t keep my wife from purchasing a black Pilot.  I suspect she won’t duplicate the color in the future.  Black also absorbs heat worse than other colors.
