Seeing Josh Rosen on the Falcons.  Would it have been a better use of resources to sign him to see if you can resurrect him or the 6th for Minshew?

From a pure talent level, Minshew can't touch Rosen.

If you go by NFL production it isnt even remotely close.  Rosen has nearly 2 INTS for every TD and a roughly 55% max comp pct.   Meanwhile, Minschew has 3.5Tds for every INT, and comp pct nearly 63%.

 

So why is Rosen more talented?  Seems he's just a complete bust.  Resurrecting Rosen implies there was ever life in him.   His career seems to have been stillborn.

You would think the Browns would have the greatest secondary in the history of the world with all the 1st round corners and safeties they have taken in the last 10 years. Some years they took 2 secondary players in the 1st

Demetric Felton looking better than most Eagles RB so far.  He's tiny but boy he's quick.

His physical traits and pedigree....nothing to do with draft status.  Rosen was once touted as the next best thing.  Minshew sure has been the better pro no question.  Just a question of resources vs return.

You get no return for Rosen, he has been awful at every stop.  Not bad, AWFUL.  What physical traits does he have to ignore his track record of terrible?   As for pedigree... thats just another way to say draft status.  Its a meaningless platitude.  What is his pedigree?  Was he bred from good bloodlined?  He was overdrafted.  He is a bust on his 3rd team, or is it his 4th?   His "pedigree" is gone, whatever it was.  He is likely out of the league this year.
