Just some random comments for people who didn't watch the game and have no intention to do so. I find myself being more annoyed at the result of the game than I probably should. It's ridiculous t

Who tf put this together? It looks like one of my middle school slide-show presentations

I can tell you this... this would NOT be worthy of an "A" in middle school.   Middle school projects need more substance.

Yeah from the outside seems as if there is a lot of gamesmanship in these cuts. Hopefully we're not getting too cute and can bring back the guys they want to keep.

A bit concerned that Awosika gets claimed.

But another team would have to make room on their 53 by cutting a guy they already like.

I think that was the point.

Yea, I'd love to see that I lost my job in comic sans and star wipes

I'm sure they got a phone call from Swoop first... or maybe Jar Jar Binks...

"You sa, cut. "

Very surprised Clark was cut. I guess they’re planning on keeping Dillard for the year.

53 JAGS.  Including 7 linebackers.

You see 7 LB.  The Eagles see 7 tradeable assets.

The roster isn't at all finished...

You would have to hope so.   They need to churn it on the bottom, because this team stinks.   lol

And in a different direction... what is the real purpose in activating Landon Dickerson right before the end of TC, without a single practice under his belt and let him take a spot on the 53.  I get that they want him to start practicing, but we are talking about 6 weeks...  Leave him on PUP and poach another player, then figure it out in the next 6 weeks and activate him then.  If he doesn't suit up for a game before Week 6, then this would once again show that the team makes moves without looking at the full picture.  They should be taking a much longer view, especially with a guy like him who was drafted so high, with such an extensive injury history.  6 weeks of practice isn't going to change the world for him, but leaving him on PUP to start the year might have enabled an extra claim.  Just seems short-sighted.

Have you seen the animated battle maps produced by American Battlefield Trust?  I found them to be an excellent companion to Battle Cry of Freedom.

Here is the link to the map of Antietem:

After your top two guys at RB (one of whom is a good receiving back - like Gainwell), there are about 92 guys in the league that are fairly interchangeable/serviceable...

Yup

What is a JAG?

What is a JAG?

A TV show from the mid 90's about a pilot turned lawyer

Just A Guy.

Now, who qualifies for that title is a matter of debate.

That's so stupid

No worries... there are some great options on the roster still to drop... JJAW heads the list.

Someone that could be easily replaced by a street free agent without any real impact.

We all know Rodgers will be back on the roster the second Tyree Jackson can be placed on the temporary IR.

I think Jacoby Stevens and Huntley are the 2 most interesting players they cut with a chance of getting picked up.  Ideally both make it to the PS.

Nah...Awosika.

OL with traits are harder to find than RB/LB/S.

Keeping you guys updated on all things salary cap, the Eagles currently have $9,839,336 in 2022 cap space, with 35 players under contract.

We were what, 20th on the waiver when we claimed Huntley? Hasn't done much since for teams to change their mind on him. Plus he might be still banged up.
