I think I was flipping through channels one day years ago and I saw a bunch of coaches trying to figure out which bottom feeder roster player they were going to cut. I changed the channel after less than a minute. I'm just not interested.

He is saying their record meaning they pick in the mid teens. They are going to end up with something like 20, 18, and 15. Three great ways for Howie to pick the wrong players and trade back with at least one to make sure they really don't end up with someone good.
