This guy does this for a living. What a terrible bet, IMO.

I think its a fine bet. Even last week he wasn't used a ton and had 56 yards. Raiders aren't a good rushing defense, 60 yards isn't that much, and there's bound to be an over correction game. Coming off a mini bye seems to be a good situation.

Also, Blackmon's backup is Andrew Sendejo...

The first part of what needed to happen for my bonus prediction; now Goedert needs to introduce himself to Hurts, so the QB can see him out there

First of all, how dare you assume my gender

Second of all, I'm not even sure what you mean. Why wouldn't guys like NOLA?

I'm a guy and I don't exactly like Nola.  He was really pretty great for one year... but since then, he's struggled as the importance of games increases and becomes a liability in September.   Also isn't the same pitcher on the road as he is at home.  I would prefer more consistency from a guy that's a #2.  He's basically a #3... which fits, as that's what he was mostly looked at as being when he was drafted.

Oh... this is about New Orleans, Louisiana.  My bad... carry on.

I haven't, I didn't even know they were Eagles bars on game days. I'll have to check them out now. You don't drive a red truck by chance? There's only one person I see in dripping with an Eagles sticker on their vehicle.

Nah not me

If the Eagles had drafted him, people today would be saying that’s why you don’t draft injured players. Last year people were lamenting not drafting him with the pick we traded away for Slay.

In Round 3?  Nah, that's where the value starts to fit the risk.  Not Round 2.

One minute he's rich enough to buy season tickets at the Steelers and the Eagles, the next he's too poor to buy a beer at a game. He's a pathological liar. Been caught so many times, but hey he gets all the attention he could ever want on here.

A good amount of Ben SImmons mentions in here.  Just curious who do you guys think we should target in deal for him.  For me it's OG Anunoby

I would target Mars with the spaceship.

I went as a kid... 12 year old national basketball tournament.  Can't say that it fit me as a pre-teen, but then again, I only got to see a tiny fraction in the 4 days we were there, and we got our butts kicked by a team from Puerto Rico.  That pretty much put a damper on the entire trip for me.   But, we did manage to win two games, so that part was nice.  Lots of fanfare and hoopla for the opening ceremonies too.

But, as far as the city, it's not one that I really have a strong opinion on.  I wouldn't mind going, but it's not on my bucket list.  I have other places I'd rather visit first.   Primarily, I prefer places with either a ridiculous history connection (NOLA has a bit of that, specifically I'd be intrigued by the Battle of New Orleans during 1814) or has some great natural sites to check out.  Went to Chattanooga this summer with the family because it was my son's interest in the aquarium there, and it has some great history and natural wonders.  That was a lot of fun, and very relaxing.  New Orleans, the city, as with most cities for me, is a lot of hustle and bustle.  I prefer a much more relaxed pace on my vacations, and prefer to be away from crowds.  I work around a lot of noise and people... when I'm on vacation, I generally want to get away from that.

Charleston is nice.  Only thing that scares me about living there is the flood issues.  If I were a single just recently out of college, I would target Charleston or Charlotte.  I am trying to get our daughter to consider going to Charleston if she does decide to do 4 more years of college.

I just accept the weather for what it is , northeast you get snow , ice , wires down , trees down just miserable weather  , I take my chances with Charleston area  weather

im hoping one if not both of my last two children  ,who are college bound  , will choose Charleston .

Gotta get out of the country to visit historical.  So far I've done Rome, Florence, Venice in Italy, Chichen Itza, Tulum in Mexico, Angor Wat in Cambodia, Machu Picchu twice in Peru (my wife is Peruvian),  and much of Thailand (Couldn't get into The Grand Palace as the emperor died a day or two before we got there).  Surprisingly my favorite was Angor Wat.
